Stayed May 22, 2026The home was lovely and had everything we needed. It had everything you could possibly need although we always ate out so didn’t use anything for cooking. It was nice to have it all there though in the event we wanted to cook. Location was amazing right across the street from the lighthouse and the beach. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Feb 1, 2026This was our second time at the Boca Grande Beach House. Our two week stay was amazing in every way. The location, steps from the beach, along with the quiet surrounding neighborhood, made for a pleasant get away. Molly is a wonderful host, attentive to our needs, checking in to make sure everything is ok. We love the Beach House and will be back again soon!

Stayed Jul 28, 2025Perfect location with an amazing view of the lighthouse! Two minute walk to the beach across the street. Quick golf cart ride to the historic downtown to the north and Gasparilla Island State Park to the south. Easy check in. Perfect size for us. Owners were prompt with responses and very helpful during our stay!

Stayed Dec 8, 2024Perfection sums up this rental. Warm comfortable atmosphere. Complete with everything possible for you to relax and enjoy your stay. The screened in porch makes it nice to enjoy the evening air. In less than 3 minutes your toes are in the sand. No driving needed. We never missed a sunset!! We look forward to returning again.

Stayed May 27, 2024This wonderful property is incredibly well located, well stocked, and simply delightful. It was a perfect location for my husband, me and our 2 young adult sons to spend a relaxing week in Boca Grande. Our attentive host checked on us via text during our stay; everything we needed was supplied; a thoughtful notebook listed local restaurants, attractions, and all necessary instructions for the property. Fantastic wi-fi, too! Thank you, Molly...it's just what we needed!
