Boaters Paradise in top Discovery Bay location

This home is not your typical rental. Our home has been recently completely rebuilt from the ground up, with custom features throughout. We rebuilt it with our family in mind, but still want to offer it to select families on an available basis. Appliances, furniture, fixtures..you name it, are all top end with custom features galore..inside and out, including a new 1200 square foot concrete deck with a built in gas BBQ island. You can't beat this beautiful three bedroom, two bath, newly remodeled home for your ultimate boating vacation.

Discovery Bay Real Estate is about Location (close to fast water), Location (exposure to the sun)...and this spot can not be beat. Located in prestigious Indian Bay, you are only 3 MINUTES from fast water in the main channel, there is no easier access to getting out and enjoying the water sports that the Delta is famous for. Our home also affords the luxury of the desired eastern exposure, which provides much needed shade on your deck from the late afternoon and early evening sun.

The dock is in the corner of a secluded private bay (think cul-de-sac...no boat traffic) which is great for swimming, or just floating on a raft. There is also great fishing right off the dock. My kids call it 'Sure-catch' as you can't help but catch Catfish, Bluegill and an occasional Bass by just putting a worm on your hook and dropping it in. The private over-sized U shape dock has room for 2 boats.

Inside, you will find the modern contemporary touches you would find at a Five Star resort. 70 TV in the living area, DirecTV, Sonos Sound system in every room and on the deck, Championship Pool Table, Dart Board, Ping Pong Table, WiFi with extended range, and an air conditioned garage. This home features an open Great Room around the kitchen with a custom quartz waterfall island that seats 6. You will find a fully stocked designer kitchen with all brand new utensils, pots, pans, plates and glassware and all built in top of the line appliances. All you need to bring is the food. Nothing has been forgotten, including 3 separate ice makers (ice chests use a lot of ice, right ), and washer and dryer.

The master bedroom has a new pillow top queen bed, with top of the line linens, and an attached master bath in a custom open setting. The custom designed water fall shower is fully glass enclosed. All bedrooms have televisions with Satellite and Apple TV's.

The second bedroom is modeled after a New York flat and also has a new pillow top queen size bed and top of the line linens.

The 'Bunk room' includes two identical bunk beds with Full size mattresses on the bottom and top. Rather than closets, lockers are used for storage (kids love it). There is a 55 TV with a Playstation...this room was built for kids. All bedding, linens, and bath towels are included, as well as basic household items to get you started. And if you want to bring your Tesla, we have a charger.

We use this home ourselves for our own family enjoyment, so we have tried to ensure that nothing has been overlooked for comfort and luxury.
