Stayed Aug 2, 2025We had an extended family stay, and found the location on the water, so close to the open bay, with wide lagoons, perfect for boating, jet skiing and kayaking. The house had every amenity we could ask for. Bringing our own sheets and towels is a little bit of a drag, but we managed! The owner was very responsive to our questions We would rent this beautiful home again without question.

Stayed Jun 26, 2025My extended family had a wonderful 9 day vacation at Boater's Paradise. My father who's been coming to the Toms River area for 75 years, greatly enjoyed sitting outside by the waterside watching the boats cruise by. We went for walks in Pine Beach & Island Heights, swam at the beaches in Ocean Gate & Island Beach State Park, and went for a memorable lunch cruise on the River Lady. The house is very comfortable and the roomy outdoor seating area is a wonderful place to hang out and make memories. We're already planning our next stay!

The house was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed! The outside space though really is the selling point! Beautiful deck to enjoy the lovely views! We look forward to returning!!
