Boat Lovers Paradise: Walk to Private Beach!

Place was great. A little smaller than we thought, but rooms were well done, beds were comfy, and the amenities were thoughtful. Easy walk to the beach, even carrying beach stuff. Poldi was lovely and attentive to all our needs..

Everything was great, the beach is beyond beautiful and the house had everything and more! Definitely set up for a family group, we only stayed 2 nights but seemed like it would make a terrific vacation place especially for a family. Bed was super comfy!

We are a family of 4 and booked this spot for a long weekend of fishing with our boat. Our plan was to utilize the boat ramp and marina pictured on the listing, and keep our boat trailer at the property as the listing description stated ample parking for 2 vehicles RV/trailer. Unfortunately, there is only 1 narrow driveway, probably okay for 2 small vehicles, but no parking for an RV/trailer. And the neighborhood boat ramp/marina are private, so we ended up having to use another ramp and put the boat in/out every day. As for parking, our 27’ boat took up the full driveway and we had to park our truck in the front yard. Also not stated in the description is the fact that the property is a duplex, so just know there will be noise because of the shared wall. Overall, the unit is clean and a nice location with access to the beach. We made the best of the situation, but an accurate description of the true logistics of the property would have saved us some frustrations.

I came in town with family to attend a graduation. The cottage was clean and outfitted with everything we needed to enjoy the beach and make meals at the house. The beds were very comfortable. The host was super responsive when we had questions. The neighborhood was quiet and so convenient to walk across the street to the beautiful beach.

The home was perfectly outfitted for our stay and super clean and cute. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and beach towels were provided and were used everyday. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals there. The beds were very comfortable! Poldi was 100% responsive. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy walk to the beach. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful villa in a great location. Very clean equipped with everything you need and more. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future stays.

This was our second time staying at this wonderful location. Poldi makes it so very comfortable and special with thoughtful touches and all of the comforts of home. The private beach is amazing and the neighborhood is quaint, quiet and close to anything that you may need. We brought our two small dogs and they loved walking the neighborhood and going to the dog park. We can’t wait to return!

We grabbed this spot for a long weekend and spring training baseball. Couldn't be happier with location and steps to beach. Short ride to Stuart or other spots for dinner, sites and Mets are just up the road. Highly recommend as it was clean, great neighborhood and spacious for our group of four.

The house was in a great location, close to the beach and downtown. We had everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. Highly recommended would love to return.

This is the second time that I have stayed here with my emily and my dog. The experience was just as wonderful as last time! Maybe even better, as it has been upgraded to a 3bedroom 2bath.All you need is to close in food and you are set.Everything you need is already thereThe neighborhood is small and quaint, with dog friendly places, which I loved And the people there are genuinely nice. We will definitely be going back to visit again Great beaches and wonderful places to go.Perfect place for some chillaxification

The property was amazingly clean everything we needed so close to the ocean we travel with two documented service dogs they were very comfortable in the neighborhood we will definitely be back again

Great vacation escape!

Everything was provided for us to have a fantastic vacation. Clean, well furnished and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive and communicative. The neighborhood was welcoming and we loved the private beach access. We will definitely come back and stay again.
