Amazing place to stay for a family reunion. We had 9 people (5 adults, 4 kids under 10) stay and everyone had more than enough space. We hosted game nights & cookouts with additional family members local to the area under the screened-in area under the house and on the dock - everyone was very impressed with the home.

The accommodations were amazing. Plenty of room for everyone. The house was perfect - plenty of outdoor furniture to relax, 2 spacious sunrooms to eat and relax, a lot of attention to detail that made our stay wonderful.

This was the perfect house for our two families. It was clean, had everything we needed and the location was perfect. We will definitely rent this again during our next visit!! And manatees hanging out by the fountain was an added bonus!

We loved this place! Our family vacation was a success and it was due to the great location and amenities here at the Boat House. Everything was as described in the listing, the rooms were well appointed and we had space to spread out. The kayaks and fire pit were a huge hit with the family. My grandson loved the volleyball court. We saw sooooo much wildlife, manatees, turtles, birds of all kinds, a fish even jumped into our grand daughter's kayak as we were paddling. Communicating with the owner was easy and fast. We would totally come back for a longer stay:) Thank you for helping us make some great memories!

We loved this house and would absolutely come back. Appreciated the little things - nicer linens, comfy beds, charging cords. Wish weather was better for us to enjoy the outdoors because the dock area behind this house is such a great space. Host was very responsive to any issue.

This place was perfect for a fun birthday weekend celebration. We loved that the place was well stocked with kitchen tools and equipment, plus there were plenty of towels for everyone in the bathrooms. We loved having kayaks available for us and used them all weekend. Even got lucky enough to see some manatees swimming right up by the deck!

The property was great. AC very effective. Beds comfortable. Bathrooms well designed and clean. Kitchen easy to work in. We mostly gathered on the deck and also made a fire at night. The Volleyball court was awesome. Easy location for the wedding we travelled to. We didn’t feel comfortable to swim in the water but we did kayak and saw a manatee. The fish flying out of the water was entertaining! It was a good choice for for two families vs a hotel. We had a great time.

Fabulous place! Super clean and the beds were very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer! We enjoyed the kayaks and all the outdoor games. The locals are very friendly & we will be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay.However, it was inconvenient having the Awesome downstairs area where we mostly hung out,carrying our luggage and food upstairs to the inside area, lots of stairs.Overall it was a great location.Beds could use an upgrade.

We had a great time at this house, as a friend group over a long weekend :). Check in was straight forward, communication with the owner was easy. The outdoor screened in space under the main house was amazing - having the extra fridge and freezer down there was awesome! The fans were appreciated and the inside AC spaces always stayed cool. Some of the folks in our groups with slight mobility issues appreciated the steps and handrail to easily walk in and out of the river. The amenities at this house were thoughtful and we had everything we needed! While paper products are provided for the first few days (this is standard and we brought our own extra just in case), we were pleasantly surprised by the extra towels and even beach towels for use. We enjoyed being in the canal, much quieter than the main river but plenty of people enjoying the water at all times :). Water is clear and high tide is optimum for floating and swimming off the dock or stairs. Saw a big manatee on 2 separate occasions in the canal during high tide.We had a blast and would come back!

Great location and proximity to Weeki Wachee, Buccaneer Bay and restaurants! So many activities for kids - swimming, fishing, kayaking, games etc. The design and upgrades in the house were well done. Loved being able to wake up and drop in to paddle out without have to get up early and drive.

This was our second year staying at this property and once again it didn’t disappoint. Our family had a fantastic time enjoying everything. The Weeki Wachee River has to offer. From kayaking through the serene waters to spotting incredible wildlife -dolphins, manatees and turtles - it was unforgettable adventure. The location is perfect for reconnecting with nature while making memories with loved ones. We’re already looking forward to next year.

We had a fantastic stay at this property in Weeki Wachee! The location right on the river couldn’t have been better — we loved having such easy access to the water and enjoyed relaxing by the beautiful views. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out comfortably. We especially appreciated the thoughtful upgrades throughout the home, which made our stay feel extra special. Overall, a perfect spot for a river getaway — we’d definitely come back!

The house has plenty of activities, with a floating dock, kayaks, several sitting areas to hang out, etc. Everything was clean and spacious. Will definitely stay there again.

Our family of 8 enjoyed a week on the river. The property was as pictured and reviewed, very well maintained and comfortable. Our host answered all questions, was very informative and ensured our stay was good. The river is beautiful and has a fun, summer vibe. We saw manatee everyday, sometimes at the dock and then several while kayaking. The property is well equipped for fun and relaxation. The only surprise to us was surrounding properties were less than desirable. It was a little disappointing driving in, but once we arrived and got situated, we had a fantastic week!! If you are looking for a place to cool off, relax and solid family time, this is the place for you!

This house checked all the boxes! It was roomy with the large bunk room downstairs for sleeping all the kids. It is a fully functional downstairs with fridge,bathroom and the outdoor space by the water is amazing. We not only saw manatees in front of the home, but a rare sighting of a mama dolphin and her baby!! Catch fish, swim or play furnished beach volleyball court ! Walmart also delivers there with your app and plenty of resources nearby. This place also has kayaks (6) with life jackets, and paddle board rentals right down the road that will deliver.

A trip to Weeki Wachee has become an annual thing for this group of teachers from the Atlanta area and we add to it each year. This year we needed a bigger house with 9 of us, ages ranging from 22 to 53. This house fit our needs very well and we were able to enjoy our first week of summer after a long school year. House is well stocked and clean. We brought our own boards, did not use kayaks. Appreciated the outdoor shower after being on the river. There was enough space for us to spread out and not feel cramped.

We stayed the weekend at Andrea’s place and everything was super clean, great communication, and had all the extra supplies that we forgot. Check into the house was a easy process. The house is beautiful and had enough room for all of us, we loved the 2 fridges that they had there, came in great use for a drink fridge!!! We loved seeing mentees almost daily and we even got to see a dolphin and a baby. That was a major highlight of our trip!!! I would recommend this location for sure, and hope to be back again soon!!!

This is the perfect Weeki getaway house for a larger group. A great use of space and we never felt cramped. We swam off the dock all weekend, rented a boat to cruise the springs. The kids loved playing in the sand in the volley ball court. We noticed a few wasp nests upon arrival and the house manager was there in minutes to take care of it. Highly recommended this place!

Beautiful home with everything we needed for the most relaxing vacation. Gorgeous deck, dock, and landscaping just beyond a screened in porch and rec area. Had the most peaceful kayaking experiences on the canals/river. Can’t wait to stay again. We didn’t want to leave!

The house is a beautiful property with all the entities you could want six kayaks included back up right to the river that runs through the state park. Just a very unique vacation and amazing time. She made everything so easy to check in check out and get everything that we needed house had everything you would need tons of towels included, which was great for our whole family absolutely love this property and we will be back.!

Beautiful house that is well furnished.

This house was wonderful and offered so many places to gather. It was nice to be elevated and sit on the upper screened in porch in the mornings and enjoy the sun downstairs later in the day. The drink fridge and first floor restroom are a great bonus. There also is a house that has a very large and likely very old turtle on the same road just before you get to the house where you purchase firewood. Definitely stop and slow down for a view!

We loved the house. There was 7 adults and it had enough room for everyone. It came well equipped with everything. We loved sitting outdoor by the fire every night. We ended up just staying and kayaking in Weeki Wachee. We found manatees every day. Manatees came in front of the house as well. The only suggestion I could think of is the ramp to the boat dock is dangerous. But that doesn’t do anything to impact our thoughts on the house. It’s AMAZING!!!!

Although the weather was unseasonably cold, the homeowner, Andrea, definitely made us feel warm and welcomed. Communication was great. The house has all the amenities for a pleasant stay. We were able to bundle up and use the supplied kayaks to travel down to hospital hole on the Weeki Wachee river. It was about a 15 minute paddle from where the home is located. It was a completely magical experience to see twenty or more manatees up close in their natural environment. Once you reach the river, the cold weather is much more tolerable. The river is a constant 72 degrees year-round. It was surreal and magical to see the river steaming as we traveled over it. We made great use of the fire pit and stuffed ourselves full of smores. The deck area was one of our favorite places on the property. It was lovely drinking our morning coffee (a bit bundled up!) by the water as the sun was coming up. Overall, this was a lovely house in an incredible area. We all would love to come back for another stay.

The house was clean and exactly as pictured. We had plenty of room for 10 people and didn't feel cramped or on top of each other. Having the kayaks and direct access to the canal and Weeki Wachee river was a huge bonus. We even saw a couple manatees on the river just outside the canal. We did have trouble with our entry code one day but Andrea replied and had it fixed within 10-15 minutes. This was a great place and we'd be happy to stay here again sometime!

We enjoyed EVERYTHING about this property. Super comfy, lots of great living and sleeping spaces, wonderfully appointed. We cooked, played cards, volleyball, watched movies, paddled for miles on the river, and had cozy campfires. Perfect for our two families with teenagers. Great communication with our host.

Everything about this property is A-1 quality. Andrea, the host, saw to it that we had everything we could possibly need. We felt welcome immediately with all the little amenities we found awaiting us. We couldn't find a volley ball (we arrived shortly after a hurricane) and Andrea had one delivered the next day. This is an excellent place to stay. We loved it!
