Please note that our payment processor charges us a non-refundable fee. In the case of a free cancellation through VRBO, we will refund only the amount paid to us after non-refundable fees are deducted. This means you will NOT get all of your payment refunded, just most of it.
- No parties
- No noise allowed after 10pm. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.
- No smoking/vaping or e-cigarettes allowed inside or anywhere on the building premises (including balconies and common areas). Violations are Subject to Fines.
- No shoes in the house
- No skies or bikes inside the unit, please only use the entryway closet for equipment.

- Any violations of the above rules will be subject to a $300 fine billed against your damage deposit and can result in immediate eviction.

- According to building bylaw, the renter needs to be 21 or older. Children and teens are welcome.
- Additional $65 cleaning fee for stay over 10 days
- Maximum stay is 28 days.

    Clean, large space, and easy check in. Basic kitchen supplies were there which was nice. Parking is a bit tight for larger cars. Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am which feels like a late time to check in and early time to check out. Fortunately they did let us check out at 11am when we asked.

    Beautiful, spacious, clean property just a 5 minute drive from whistler village. 2 double bedrooms large pull out sofa comfortably sleep 6, as well as the small pull out mattress which works for a child.

    Parking stalls are very small A full size pick up would be hard to park Hardly enough room to open vehicle doors I parked with pass out n visitor parking Allow us to open doors to get our grand daughter out of car seat easy Condo was excellent Only suggest would be to ensure dish cloth available Plus a broom and dust pan would be nice to sweep up any sand that comes in Would definitely stay here again
