Beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. Comfy beds. Six minutes to the beach park, just a few blocks from the downtown shops, a few mins from the best donut shop in town. The kids loved it so much they asked if we could stay here every year when we visit. Great value, and the Rockport Escapes folks were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025We really enjoyed this property. Plenty of adequate parking, which made loading vehicles to go to the beach super easy. Very clean and would love to stay here again!Check in details came in around lunch time on day of visit. I was a little panicked (for no reason) and called the office. The property manager was very polite and explained the process.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025Beautifully renovated home with all amenities. Spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable. Minutes from the beach to fish and relax. Rocking chairs on both the front and back porch made it perfect for sipping coffee in the mornings.

Reviewer Comments: Every year we visit Rockport for Down Syndrome Association gathering.This was our favorite stay. One story was perfect for my elderly parents and disabled sister. The front and back yard was perfect for socializing and enjoying the evening breeze. The home was clean and easy check in. Very close to the beach and HEB. The living room and kitchen were a perfect family gathering for breakfast and watching a movie.
