Stayed Jul 22, 2025We had a great time here - it's the perfect location for North Beach; we loved the community pools, tennis court, pickleball court at the home, the 3 kitchens. Lots of pros - enough space for 20 (11 of us were young children). It would be really tight for more than that. Good water pressure and enough hot water for showers. Air conditioning was great. Property manager very friendly and communicative. Plenty of parking for 6 cars. Didn't have time for theater room except that 2 older kids watched a show in there and said it was awesome. Our kids didn't want to ever leave the house and are begging to go back every year! Some cons, but not deal breakers (except for bunk beds which aren't suitable for adults as foam mattresses that aren't comfortable) - Game room/garage was not clean and some kitchen appliances not clean, but, with the exception of clusters of small bugs behind furniture (could have just been a flukey time for those bugs), the rest of the place was clean and neat. All beds except bunk beds were comfortable.
