4 of 5 stars rating. It was clean but needs some updating and repairs. Only 1 of the 3 bathrooms had locking doors. One door lock was broken and barndoor bathroom kept opening! Tiles in kitchen were cracked. Fan in master bedroom had only one speed- HIGH. It wouldn't change to a lower setting. Cleaning supplies left in pool area with dirty towel. No one responds to text or emails; you have to CALL to get any help. Having the EV was nice but it does cost 50 a day. Pool heating would be nice to be free but it's like 32 a day. Overall ok but in desperate need of some repairs/updating.

We had a wonderful time! The secluded pool area was just perfect and only minutes away from the beach. The beds were very comfortable and we would definitely stay again.

We had a great time, this property was wonderful and the amenities were great. The only thing that’s a little bit of a struggle is the size and layout of the kitchen, but overall we thought our stay was amazing and we would absolutely come back.

On the golf cart, they do not specify that you have to pay extra 50 a day. Location of the house in neighborhhod is very good very close to the beach, on the private beach access you have to get there early in the morning because it is too small and youll have to go to the public beach access, cleanliness not so good we found insects in kitchen and living room, swimming pool little dirty as well.Communication not so good you send a text message and they text you back after an hour or more

We showed up a few minutes after check in time after 12 hours on the road. Upon arrival we found the home to be very messy. We found food items spilled on pool deck and trash, empty bottles, etc on deck. The home was dirty. Trash can had spills on it. Dirt and leaves throughout the lower level of the home. The upstairs shower was tore apart with parts, pieces, and dirt all around. The stool had been used but not flushed.THE WATER WAS SHUT OFF TO THE HOME. This meant no restroom or running water whatsoever. None of this information had been told to us prior to arrival. I called the office multiple times. They wanted to send someone to clean and prepare the place for guest. They also said they were not informed of the shower fixtures being tore out and water being shut off. After multiple calls, they offered to allow us to transfer our stay to another one of their properties at a different location. These places were a down grade from what we booked. Finally they did agree to give us our money back which would not show back up in our account for 7-10 days. At that point, we accepted the refund and began driving and calling all over the area to find a place to stay.The ladies we dealt with were nice and pleasant to deal with. They did respond to my calls and I feel that they tried to help figure it out. It was disappointing to drive that distance with the expectation of the place and then be told we could not stay due to water being out. Probably a refund and at least a night

It's the first time I have been to the area and this was a great place to stay for a few days. Close to the beach and bike paths.

Great location, master bedroom & other large bedroom were roomy & comfortable, but queen size bed/bedroom wasn’t comfortable, bed was wobbly/supposed to be attached to wall but was loose, tv view was obstructed from bed, bath outdated. Some dishes in cabinet were dirty, but otherwise everything was clean. Heated pool was very nice! Had to fix/tighten multiple fixtures in unit during stay.

Overall nice property. A little on the older side with partial upgrades. Beautiful master suite on the main level. Other mattresses need to be updated.

Reservations and check-in were quick and easy! I messaged through VRBO to ask to get the pool heated three times, but never got a response. Once we called we talked to a very friendly representative who took care of us! The fenced in patio area with the pool could use some landscaping and attention, but the pool was warm and clean:) The neighborhood and pool across the street that we had access to through the resort was also wonderful!

Absolutely loved everything about this property!

Our stay was amazing. The property was perfect for us. For someone looking at this property for a family vacation to cook to save money, the kitchen is TINY. That was my only ‘complaint’ and it wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Just got a little crowded around meal times. We enjoyed the house. Super close to the beach and had everything we needed for 7 adults.

The location is great! The property itself is great but the property was not clean. I did take photos and sent to management and communication was great through them. There was a problem with the refrigerator not working and all our food spoiling. I did reach out and there was a note left by someone that they had went in and fixed it but it wasn’t. We mostly ate out so it wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall we had a great stay.

It was convenient to the beach and great location!
