Stayed May 24, 2024Very well equipped, comfortably and stylishly decorated, we loved our week at Blue Pebble. Incredible welcome tray with biscuits, nibbles, teabags and milk and Prosecco in the fridge. Drinks and nibbles on the patio was the perfect start to our holiday. We loved having the living accommodation upstairs as it was flooded with light, with lovely countryside views and a great space to relax when the weather took a turn. The open plan was spacious and worked perfectly. Comfortable downstairs bedroom and en-suite, with doors to the pretty patio. Great location - an easy stroll down to Mevagissey harbour with various shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants. We also visited the Lost Gardens of Heligan (5 mins), Eden Project (25 mins), Truro (30 mins - pretty town and stunning cathedral) and enjoyed some wonderful coastal walks. The Ferry from Mevagissey to Fowey was on our list but only ran on 1 day out of the 7 we were there due to weather, so worth keeping an eye on the schedule for that one. So we drove to Polkerris (great pub right next to a lovely sandy beach) and did a round walk to Fowey and back instead, which was also beautiful. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

Stayed Apr 27, 2022This is one of the best cottages I’ve staid in. Spotlessly clean, great location, excellent outside sitting area and everything you need in the cottage for your stay. It’s small but perfectly formed. Thanks ?

Stayed Aug 28, 2021A truly splendid chic apartment. Everything was immaculate and beautifully presented. We really appreciated the welcome pack aswell as Netflix for the evening. The terrace catches all day sun with a lovely view over the garden. Would be great to stay again and will recommend Blue Pebble.

Stayed Aug 21, 2021We had a wonderful week at blue pebble - the cottage is well equipped, spotless, and perfectly located to visit Mevagissey on foot - the climb back up the hill kept us in shape! Thanks for the very generous welcome pack, much appreciated. The little garden terrace is perfect for a glass of wine at the end of the day. We explored the south west coastal path, walked to Heligan and kayaked out of Göran Haven. For fresh fish highly recommend Harvester seafood on Eliot street, st austell. Ferry trip to Foye well worth doing too!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Well what a fantastic property, spotless and had everything we needed. We arrived earlier than expected and after a short wait we're able to get in earlier than the advertised check in. The location is nice and quiet on the outskirts of Mevagissey and just a 10 minute stroll down to the harbour. The only (small) downside was the walk back up the hill to the accommodation which may not suit less mobile holiday makers but other than that it was perfect. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 3, 2021We were made very welcome by Pinky and Gary when we arrived and their property was immaculate. Everything that we needed for our stay was provided. The goodies that they left for us to enjoy were fabulous and very well received, thank you Pinky and Gary. The seagulls could be better house trained however LOL! We would definitely recommend the property and the location is perfect for exploring that area of Cornwall.
