Blue Oasis - New + Modern w/Ocean Views, Pool + Hot Tub, 2 Min Walk to Beach, Elevator, Dogs OK

We had a great family gathering at the Blue Oasis. It was close enough to everything to be convenient, but far enough to feel peaceful. The home was sparkling clean and well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach equipment. The four flights of stairs are a workout, so be prepared to rely on the elevator or get your steps in. The kitchen being on the top level is unique, but it allowed the entire family to enjoy the views and ocean breezes together.

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter stay at Blue Oasis. The house was beautifully furnished, cozy, and well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable off season trip. We loved having the beach so close for brisk morning walks and quiet afternoons by the water. The hot tub and spacious living areas made it easy to unwind after a day outside. The hosts were attentive and made the entire process seamless. This was a perfect winter retreat, and we would absolutely stay again.

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Blue Oasis. Even in the off season, this home was warm, inviting, and absolutely beautiful. We loved cozy mornings with coffee on the deck and the spacious layout gave everyone plenty of room to relax. The private hot tub was a perfect touch on chilly evenings, and the short walk to the beach made for peaceful winter strolls. This home felt like the perfect coastal retreat, and we would happily return in any season.

We had the most incredible vacation at this gorgeous beach house in Carolina Beach, NC. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and welcoming the home was. The décor was coastal and modern, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. The location could not have been better—just steps from the ocean with breathtaking views from the deck. Morning coffee while watching the sunrise over the water was unforgettable, and evenings spent listening to the waves made the whole trip feel magical. The house itself was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. Spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, and a bright, open living area made it perfect for our group. The kitchen had all the essentials for home-cooked meals, but we also loved being so close to great local restaurants and shops. Carolina Beach is such a gem—family-friendly, vibrant, and full of fun activities. Between the beach, the boardwalk, and exploring the local area, there was always something to do. We truly didn’t want to leave and are already planning our next visit. If you’re looking for the perfect beach escape, this house is it. Highly recommend!

My friends, mom and 8 month old baby stayed here for the weekend to enjoy the ocean and sightsee. The house, pool, communication, views and hospitality were flawless! We are already wanting to plan a trip back!

We had a wonderful time at the Blue Oasis on our annual girls’ trip. The company was easy to communicate with, and everything was as pictured. Upon arrival, the pool had some debris in it from a recent storm and the pump did not appear to be working correctly. I texted and they got someone out that afternoon to address the issues. We were able to enjoy the pool and hot tub for the rest of the time. Great for a large group!

The house is beautiful and spacious. The pool/jacuzzi area was our favorite place to be during our week stay! The only flaw with this house was the cleaning and cleaning products available. When this was mentioned to the hosts they were very kind and willing to help accommodate. Additionally when the one bathroom door knob became loose, they sent out a maintenance team within 24 hours.

What a wonderful vacation we had at the Blue Oasis! So glad it had an elevator since it has four floors. Never had any issues with it. It was a great place to stay. Pool and hot tub were nice after a day on the beach and the accommodations were great. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for everything!!

We had 3 generations at the beach together, so the elevator came in handy. Easy, short walk to the beach. The views from both top balconies were nice. House clean and comfortable, and the pool was great to have. There weren’t enough forks for all 12 of us when we arrived, but the person I contacted came quickly with more.

The bad state began with emails from I trip detailing rules of the property. Upon entering we found the bathrooms toilets and showers had not been cleaned we also found items under the beds which meant they never swept or vacuumed under the beds. There was no light in the elevator. The neighbors who had a dog allowed the dog in the shared pool... Despite being told that one of our guests was definitely afraid of dogs . While the dog was on a leash no one was holding the leash and it was not secured to anything. Our side of the shared pool had signs saying dogs were not permitted around the pool their side of the shared pool did not have the same signs. We have stayed at many places in Carolina Beach and I've loved our stays each and every year and we enjoyed our own company but did not enjoy this particular location and will never again rent from I trip which seems to have been the management company.

I had a fantastic experience with this booking before AND during the trip. The managers were extremely communicative and accommodating before our stay, and I felt assured that every detail was taken care of — which was very important for me while organizing a trip for a dozen friends. Then, we also LOVED the house itself, which was the cleanest rental house I’ve ever stayed in. It was beautiful, had everything we needed, and was clearly taken care of by people who care. They provided everything we needed — even the kitchen was well stocked for any cooking we had to do, which is a rarity in rental homes! Our excellent experience with the house helped make my birthday weekend a true 10/10! I can’t wait to book from y’all again!

This was the perfect house for our family to relax after a hectic graduation weekend! There was plenty of private bedroom/bathroom space, and the common areas were fabulous for hanging out as a family! The home was modern, spacious & bright, and decorated beautifully and appropriate for a wonderful beach vibe!! We especially liked our walks on the beach and hanging by the pool. Looking forward to another great vacation here!

The Oasis is truly a great escape in the best way . Ocean on one side docks on the other great views and exceptional access to beach . The house is beautiful very light and comfortable on every floor .4 th floor kitchen living room dining room is a great place to cook dine hang out with family or alone . Bedrooms and bathrooms are good size great firmness to sleep on. Clean great individual terraces for almost all the rooms and yes walk in closets were amazing. Pool jacuzzi was a good to spot for the whole family before or after the beach . Truly if I can find someone to build that pool in the pocono’s it will be my next addition to my house. Only a few recommendation as a heath care professional for 40 years and with disabled family members . Ramps at the pool are a necessity . Grab bars in at least two of the large bedrooms bath rooms are a must for all just general safety also 1-2 high toilets with grab bar. Also a rail for the elderly or disabled at pool and jacuzzi side. Other than that it is a great get away place for any family . The pool is amazing, and the easy walk to the beach was perfect even with toddlers. We loved the large kitchen with pantry as well. The fridge is a little small for such a large group, it’d be great to see them add an extra fridge. The house was very clean and the hosts were responsive via text.. although we didn’t really need anything. Noise does travel easily through the house, but it was no issue. We would certainly stay again.

Beautifully decorated, new surroundings. Each bedroom except center one had a porch. The pool is shared with the next door neighbor so not private. Hot tub was not hot but the owners were prompt to get a repairman to fix. Very clean, nice outdoor shower, extra chairs to use at beach. New appliances and plenty of cookware. Needs pizza cutter. Would suggest different outdoor furniture. Nice storage entirstay
