The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. The spice collection was great.

Host was extremely responsive and communicated continuously as needed throughout the trip. Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for our family stay. Bedrooms were large and provided more than enough room for our family of 5. They even have a full crib & changing table for those who might need it. Location was in a quiet neighborhood and easy access to outside amenities. Would definitely stay again if I found myself in the Salt Lake area again.

We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property. It was very well equipped with anything that a guest might have needed. Especially so for families, including those with young children. We would stay here again without question. It's central location made getting around SLC a breeze. The hosts communication was also great and they were very responsive. We would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in SLC for a visit.

Very clean and spacious

Check in was easy and the place was clean. Location was not what we expected. There was one TV so this is not what we were used to.

We enjoyed Blue Ivy Oasis for its convenience, cleanliness and felt the home was well equipped for our needs. We loved having our own space in the 4 bedrooms. Also appreciated having a garage to pull into. The neighborhood was nice and relatively quiet. It was easy access to downtown Salt Lake City but also easy access to freeway that led us out of town. Tate the owner was very responsive and seemed to want to please and do whatever he could to make our stay pleasant…even asking afterwards for any suggestions to make future amenities better.We could easily recommend this comfortable home to stay in for vacation.

Nice and cozy stay

This was a comfortable place to stay for our 5 days in SLC.

We had a wonderful stay! The house met all our expectations! It is a great place with a bedroom and bathroom on the main level. The bedrooms are spacious. It is a good place for all ages. The host is very helpful and if we need a place to stay in the area, we hope this home will be available!

Great accommodations for our group. Close to everything.

Convenient for the areas we visited. More affordable than similar sized properties downtown. Not conducive to walking in the neighborhood.

We stayed three nights to take Mom to her doctor appointments. The space was perfect! Home away from home! Mom has limited mobility so the ramp access to front door and bedroom and bathroom on main floor were perfect for her! All the rooms were modern, comfortable, and beautiful.

Our stay was wonderful. The house was exactly as a pictures showed @ was very comfortable. The host was very responsive, answering all our questions and allowing us to get into the house earlier on arrival!

Property was fantastic! Just what we needed as we toured Salt Lake area before heading to Southern Utah. Tate was fabulous to work with and making checkin and checkout easy. The best part we’re the beds, so comfortable ! Kitchen well appointed and the entire place was immaculate. We highly recommend this home to a family looking for a great vacation landing spot!!!

This property was a nice place to stay in Salt Lake City. It was in a good location. I needed a place to work remotely for a week, and the accommodations were great for that.

A very clean and nice home. All amenities provided. Close to everything.

Met my brother inlaw and daughter (goes to Utah University) for a Thanksgiving week. We really enjoyed this house as it was centrally located and near the Trax park and ride. We went to a Utah football game, a Jazz basketball game and of course had a nice Thanksgiving meal. The house was clean and large enough to give all of us our own rooms.

Home accommodated our group of 7 quite nicely. It was very clean and updated. Lots of amenities provided. Would definitely stay there again if we were coming to SLC.

The kitchen chairs were a bit unsold. There wasn’t enough soap for the washing machine or enough bounce. There was not enough towels for everybody and face cloth
