Stayed Apr 8, 2026The house is old and tired, in real need of work. The master bedroom is an addition and the doors are very old hard to operate laundry close doors, you have no door knob, it’s just old shutter type laundry doors that do not even work smoothly. The oven did not work and the living room has no window coverings which cook the house since the main windows get the afternoon sun. Since the house doesn’t have AC it’s brutally hot in a sunny day which is most of the days in beautiful Santa Barbara. The only thing we like was the view.

Stayed Jun 23, 2025The property was absolutely beautiful. Great ocean views on the cliffs of Santa Barbara. Walking and biking right out the front door great location, easy access to the best restaurants absolutely love the location.
