Welcome to Blue Haven — a luxury coastal retreat completed in 2025 and thoughtfully designed for elevated group getaways in Port Aransas. Located within the highly sought-after Palmilla Beach Resort & Golf Community, this 4-bedroom home offers the perfect balance of privacy, connection, and resort-style amenities. Justa short stroll from the beach, guests enjoy access to Palmilla’s heated community pools, tennis courts, fitness center, golf course, and private beach access for a true upscale coastal experience.

The bright, open-concept living space was designed for effortless gathering. The chef’s kitchen features modern appliances, generous counter space, and an oversized island ideal for meals and conversation. A wine and beverage refrigerator keeps drinks chilled, and the laundry room ice maker makes filling coolers simple before beach outings. After a day at the beach, gather in the inviting living area to relax, reconnect, and unwind.

Multiple smart TVs throughout — including in every bedroom, the living room, and the bunk suite — allow everyone to stream their favorite shows or enjoy YouTube TV without competing for screen time.

Expansive patios and balconies extend the living space outdoors — ideal for morning coffee, sunset grilling on the private gas grill, or friendly putting green games while coastal breezes roll through. During the summer season, guests may arrange cabanas, golf carts, beach chairs, and umbrellas through Guest Services.

Blue Haven accommodates up to 13 guests with a layout intentionally designed for both privacy and shared connection. Three private king suites serve as peaceful retreats for adults, each offering its own en-suite bath for added comfort and separation. The dedicated bunk suite features three Twin XL bunk beds (six Twin XL beds total) plus a single sofa sleeper — creating a spacious, self-contained zone for kids, teens, and even older teens, as the Twin XL beds comfortably fit taller guests. High-quality mattresses throughout the home ensure a restful stay for every guest.

Ideally located less than three miles from shops, restaurants, and the best of Port Aransas — from fishing and kayaking to beachcombing and bird watching — Blue Haven delivers refined coastal living within one of the area’s most desirable resort communities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
