**10/10: Peggy (February 15-20): We were a family of 14, and we really enjoyed ourself. We requested the pool to be heated, and it was 92. It was amazing. The kids swam the whole time. The Golf cart was also a lot of fun, and the very short walk to the beach gave us lots of options!



**10/10: Xena (Sep 19-23): The Beach Reunion Blue Coconut house was super clean when we arrived, which was a great first impression. The property even came with two propane tanks ready for the grill, which made cooking outside really easy. The pool was the perfect size once cleaned, and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver after a day at the beach. Overall, we had such a great stay and would definitely recommend this house!



**10/10: Jennifer (Aug 16-23): We loved the house and location. The beach is so close and the outside amenities made it easy to transition from the pool to beach. The extra house in the back was nice with teenagers. Having a golf was so nice and we loved being close to Camille’s for coffee and food!



**10/10 Mimi P. (July) Our stay at Blue Coconut has been nothing but delightful!! Beautiful home, plenty of beds, a fabulous pool out back with tons of outdoor space to gather. This house is only a 3 minute walk to the beach access of the gorgeous gulf waters and amazing views! Our family of 18 has had plenty of room to gather together and plenty of space to break off into our own families rooms with great comfort.

We will definitely return to Blue Coconut for future family stays in Paradise!! ️☀️ ️

We had family visiting throughout our 2 week stay. We did have a problem with the air on the second and third floor during our stay. Beach Reunion was on top of it and took care of it quickly. Thank you, first and foremost to the owner of this lovely home for sharing it with our family! A big thank you to Beach Reunion for making our stay wonderful and memorable! We had a blast! Can't wait to do it again! The beach has always been our happy place!

The first floor of this beautiful home boasts a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry room. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a tumbled marble backsplash. The dining room seats 8, with 4 additional barstools nearby.



The King Master suite offers a plush pillow-top mattress for a restful night, and French doors leading to a private balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun views with a cup of coffee. the Master boasts a tiled shower and a tiled jacuzzi tub. 



The top floor features the Seashell Room, which includes a queen bed, a private balcony, and access to a shared common area bathroom. The third floor also has a living/entertainment area equipped with a wet bar, mini fridge, and a large flat screen TV. Beach Towels: Rental of this home with include 12 large, high quality beach towels to use during your stay with Beach Reunion.



Beach Service: This home will feature 2 chairs and 1 umbrella set up on the beach daily from 9-5, March 1st through October 31st! *Beach Service Vendors are not available for the Hutchinson beach access.*



Electric Street-Legal Golf Cart Rentals: Beach Reunion offers 6 seat lithium battery Golf Carts for $100 a day. We offer a 10% discount to our guests. We have 2024 models and charging stations at the houses. Book your golf cart at BRLSV.com



Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.



VayKLife (Beach Equipment): You will receive up to $245 credit (based on length of stay) toward complimentary beach gear when you book this Beach Reunion home! Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!



Amenities: Each home will include a starter supply of the following amenities: Bathrooms: Massage Body Bar, Body Lotion, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Hand/Body Bar. Kitchen: Dish Sponge, Dishwasher Tablets, Liquid Dish Soap, and Laundry Tablets.

*Once this supply is used, you are responsible for providing your own items.



WHAT ELSE TO KNOW BEFORE YOU GO:

* This property can park FOUR vehicles, if you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office.**

* Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age to book and occupy this property. No College/Student groups permitted.

* PETS: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only*



CONCIERGE SERVICES: Our concierge can assist with golf, dining, water sports, fishing trips and other recommendations prior to your visit or during your stay. Make the most of your vacation in the Panhandle!

Guest Access:

Guests will receive an email 3 days prior to arrival. The email will have the door code, internet and beach access and all important information for your stay. Please note that check in time is at 2 PM central time. We always work to accommodate our guests, knowing that they have been traveling for the day. Once you have come into the area, texting our office will allow you to notify us and we can then let you know when the home is ready!



All we ask is that guests do not go to the home until the office has released the home. We do have field staff that will need access to the home and parking spaces to ensure the home is clean and ready to go for your stay.
