Stayed Jun 18, 2026We had two main priorities when looking for a location in Blowing Rock. We needed the house to large enough to house 10 people comfortably and we wanted to be within walking distance to the town. This place fit the bill perfectly AND it was clean and nicely furnished. The cherry on top was the rental company. They were easy to work with and very responsive. We did have an issue that I would be remiss if I didn’t mention. The plumbing system in this house gave us some trouble. We’re pretty savvy about plumbing issues so it didn’t take us long to figure out the is with the city and not the house. In the leasing company’s defense they called the city and the city came out and tried to address the situation (we have pictures. However, it was clear that the issue was not totally resolved (more pictures). The problem didn’t present itself unless there were a lot (10) people actively taking showers, washing dishes, and using the toilet. The leasing company was very responsive and did the best they could to resolve the situation. We also did our best to understand, be reasonable and work with them. I 100 percent recommend this property and may even book it again some day.

Stayed Jun 12, 2026Great location and a very clean house. Our large family and our dogs had a wonderful vacation- there was plenty of room for everyone. Host was very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again.
