Stayed Apr 11, 2019As we arrived at the house it looks amazing from the outside. Claudia greeted us warmly and showed us the essentials kitchen washing machine etc. And left us to settle in. As a family of 9 we used all the bedrooms which were very comfortable and had fans and mosquito nets. We found the villa very spacious and well equipped with everything we needed. The outside grounds were immaculate and the swimming pool was fantastic and was very well used during our stay. The gardener and pool attendant were very friendly and supplied us with king coconuts. Next door neighbour made sure we had plenty of water for the water cooler and it was no trouble . The location is beautiful right on the lagoon. Easy to get a tuc tuc at the end of the road for trips into Negombo. We enjoyed the company of 2 dogs, a rabbit ,a budgie, a tortoise and chipmunks much to the delight of the children and we all have a soft spot for Beauty and Nicki. Due the trouble in Sri Lanka when we were visiting we spent a lot of time in the villa and we felt perfectly safe . The owners and the Sri Lanka people were so thoughtful at this sad time in making sure we were ok. We would highly recommend this property and we hope to return again. Stayed Jul 10, 2018A very nice place to stay! Very clean and awesome house and pool! Very nice owners and house manager. The neighbor was very helpful and friendly. It is hard to find the location though. It’s so beautiful and very spacious. I would recommend it.
