Large California, Spanish Ranch style home in a historic and a beloved neighborhood, located on a quiet side street, very close to downtown and many hiking trails. This home went through a complete renovation in 2019! Refinished wood floors throughout the house, a complete kitchen renovation, new lighting, bathroom renovation, new open plan with the kitchen opened up to the dining and living rooms, beams raised and arches recreated, all freshly painted inside and out, and many more unique details.
This home is all you will need for a great San Luis Obispo, Central Coast experience. Home is owned by an artist and her work will welcome you to this colorful, delightful home. You will enjoy the back yard deck with decorative lights and a BBQ right off of the kitchen. Rooms are very well equipped with quality beds and sizes. Experience San Luis Obispo and it's fabulous surroundings. Down the street from the best biking, walking and hiking trails, plus only 9 miles to the closest beach.

    Very comfortable, convenient to everything both walking and driving, great neighborhood with friendly neighbors and a pleasant little park on the same block (which our dog loved). Will be back next year!

    The home was spacious and accommodated our group very well. The living room sofa is comfortable but the two living room chairs were similar to camping chairs and were uncomfortable for adults. The home has excellent lighting and a beautiful and well equipped kitchen. The dining table was large and worked very well for our group. The master bathroom does not have a vent and we were instructed to open the window and shower curtain after showering to permit the humidity out of the room which seemed to work ok. The backyard has a good sized deck area and table/chairs, the remaining back yard we didn't use. There is a large tree overhanging the deck so lots of shade which is lovely, also lots of tree droppings the time of year we visited. The neighborhood is gorgeous, we enjoyed daily walks and would highly recommend this part of town. Stores are close by, Cal Poly is also very close and we enjoyed buying ice cream from the Creamery and other goodies from the Meat Processing Center on campus, highly recommend!

    This is a good-sized house, well equipped kitchen, comfortable (if not at all fancy) furnishings, dog friendly (ours had a good time). Easy 20 minute walk to downtown in one direction, and 10 minutes to restaurants and shops (an excellent supermarket in particular) the other way. Will definitely return.

    This was our second time renting this house. We love the location and the overall decor of the house. The communication with Lisa was very easy and she was always there if we needed anything. The location is a real plus. Great for sag walking and close to downtown SLO.

    We loved our stay at this downtown SLO house. It was perfectly situated close to downtown but in a quiet family friendly neighborhood with sidewalks. My kids enjoyed going to Anholm Park and playing with the kids everyday. The house had all the modern needs we could ask for including updated appliances, fast internet and Apple TV. We had a wonderful stay!
