Kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances. 50 inch 4k flat screen tv in living room. 40 inch LED on wall in master bedroom. Balcony with new outdoor furniture. Reserved off-street parking for guest. The Lafitte Greenway is about 5 blocks away and makes for a great bike ride all the way to the French Quarter. The city offers “Blue Bikes”for rent right next to the Greenway if you are interested in a bike ride to the French Quarter. Streetcar is 1 block away taking you to either Fairgrounds, City Park, or the French Quarter and 1 mile walk to the French Quarter. Four blocks from great bars like Wrong Iron, Bayou Beer Garden, and Finn McCools. 5 blocks to Bayou Saint John. 15 minute streetcar to City Park and the French Quarter. 1.7 miles away from the Superdome. Great central location for everything you want to do.     The property was very centrally, located to everything. Right around the corner from the trolley. It met all of our needs while we were in New Orleans. The owner was very helpful with our questions and the recommendation for dinner was spot on.

    The location was great. However, we were disappointed in the apartment. It needs a fresh coat of paint. The living room furniture, as well as the mattresses in the bedroom, were worn out and need to be replaced.

    My stay at this property was completely unacceptable, and I want future guests to be aware of the conditions I encountered.Upon arrival, the space was mopped not thoroughly cleaned. The walls were dirty, the sheets had visible stains, and the towels smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, which was extremely unpleasant. This is far below what any guest should experience, especially for a listing advertised as clean and comfortable.Additionally, the bed was broken, making it unsafe and impossible to sleep on properly. This is not just an inconvenience—it’s a serious issue that should have been addressed before anyone checked in.The combination of dirty linens, unclean surfaces, and a bed that is not functional gives the impression of poor upkeep and a lack of basic standards. It’s disappointing and frustrating to pay for a stay that fails at even the most essential expectations.I hope the host takes these concerns seriously and corrects these issues immediately. No guest should have to deal with conditions like this.

    We had a wonderful stay! Super easy to access and we also immediately noticed the place was very clean. The location was perfect for what we needed, parking was easy, and we felt safe and comfortable when walking around. We found a great little coffee shop within walking distance. The host was very kind and helpful and attentive. If we visit New Orleans again, we’ll definitely be staying here!

    This is a historical home, very pretty, well kept, great balcony. I love the kitchen and the shower was awesome. Matt was an exceptional host. If I had any questions, he answered right away. I would definitely recommend us 100% to anyone visiting New Orleans..The neighborhood was meticulous very nice upper scale, not far from the garden district and anything and everything you want to do. The street car is less than two minute walk away from the house. The library is not far also. I’ve been going to New Orleans for several years now and this was my best stay yet.

    The location worked great for jazz fest. It was about a 30 minute easy walk . When we left the venue people were still trying to find a site to pick up an uber and we were already home. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was hot with great water pressure.

    Our family stayed over Mardi Gras and the property was great. Close to all areas of the city. Bonus was that it is only one block from Canal Street and the Krewe of Endymion, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Matt was a fantastic host, and his place was just right for us. Highly recommend.

    Great spot for a home base visiting New Orleans for the weekend. You are close to the Street Car and have great options for dining and drinking near the house in Mid-City. The property manager responds quickly and while we did not need anything while we were visiting we knew we could reach out if needed. The beds were comfy and the house is spacious. The area is well lit if you are walking back at night.

    We stayed for 10 days there. We had a great time. The Appartement is clean, perfectly equipped and near to a streetcar station on canal street. Around you have supermarkets and restaurants. You had enough parking space on the street. The Host Matt is quickly available for any question.
