Malia & Arnold were great hosts and their place was fantastic.

This is a beautiful, spacious house with an ocean view and a great big kitchen. Everything was super clean. The bed in the primary suite was amazingly comfy, and the shower was roomy and private. The neighborhood is peaceful, pretty much dead quiet while we were there. You feel like you’re far removed from the city, but shopping is just up the road. Next time we will stay longer!

The property was fantastic. Great floorplan. There were just two of us, but, this home is perfect for a large group. We commented that inside the it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Our only thought was that the distance from direct access to the beach was a little mored than we anticipated. We would absolutely stay here again.

The space was amazing. Plenty of room for our party of 6. Host was responsive and everything was clean and tidy. Highly recommend!

The kitchen was well stocked with cooking gear, the house was very clean and comfy with throws and extra towels. Beds were comfy as well. The host was very attentive and answered questions quickly. There were grandparents, parents, young couple and toddlers - all had a great time!! High marks!

The view was amazing! The house was perfect for our group of 8. The hosts were attentive and I felt were available if we needed them. Love the area! Close to Seaside and close to Astoria. We truly had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. Very comfortable in every way. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Loved sitting in the living room looking at the view of the ocean. Beds were very comfortable. Was easy to get to Gearhart or Astoria from this area. We definitely will stay here again. Everything really was perfect for us.

The house is in a great location - walking distance to the beach and close enough to hear the waves! Also, in an area with some space between the houses but not far from restaurants and places to explore. The lay out of the hosue worked great for our multi-generational family (bedrooms on both ends of the house and plenty of bathrooms). The kitchen was spacious, clean, and well-stocked for cooking. We enjoyed using the hot tub on the deck. The host included lots of information about the house and area attractions. An excellent place to stay!

We just spent another family vacation in this wonderful home. The location and view of the ocean are beautiful.The house is well maintained and always clean, and we enjoy and appreciate the updates each time we stay here.

We loved the privacy of the property and the ability to have plenty of space for our four legged friend. Beautiful views, comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, enjoyed the hot-tub and the firepit every night. Highly recommend.

House was great for our multigenerational family vacation. We loved the spacious and well equipment kitchen, large living room/family room and adjacent TV room. We also enjoyed the back deck with distant ocean views, and used the flat grassy area to play frisbee. Location was good (good access to the 101) for the activities we had planned up and down the coast.

It is a beautiful home in a beautiful location! Our family of 9 had a wonderful stay, and took advantage of the bikes, ping pong and making s'mores around the fire pit. Thank you for the memories - we definitely recommend!

Great place to have a large group stay for a wedding. Sleeping and cooking facilities were adiquet. Hot tub and firepit were enjoyed.

We had an amazing time at the house. It was very clean, welcoming, and beautiful views. Beach walks, s'mores, hot tubbing, biking, wildlife viewing and much more. We highly recommend staying here!

Just what a vacation should be. Rooms were comfortable and clean, house and yard felt private, and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the games and puzzles, beach toys, bikes, fire pit, and foosball. We drove to several different beaches close by throughout the week, all were fun and interesting for the kids. Stayed with four kids, toddler through teen, and we all had a wonderful time!

The house is roomy, furniture and beds very comfortable, kitchen gorgeous, and the surrounding area peaceful. Deck has amazing view and was great for cleaning clams and relaxing. Parking is a bit tricky but doable. We look forward to staying again.

Wonderful home with everything you need. We enjoyed the fireplace inside and out. They provided wood for outside. The kids enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball table in the garage. The house was super clean and communication was excellent. Would stay again.

The property overall was s great option for our vacation. It had a great location in a quiet community and beach access was pretty close. The house was very clean and had a great kitchen for fixing meals. We will definitely be keeping this location on our list for future years.

We had a great visit with family and friends. The single level dwelling is great for the seniors in our group as mobility is an issue. Multiple rooms offer privacy for each family group without worry about noise. The views are wonderful and we enjoyed the storm watching.

Finally was able to get my family together for a vacation and this place was exactly what we needed. We love to basically do the same stuff we do at home (cook great food, watch movies and be together) and this home was better than I expected and researched.The house was spotless and very very clean, after my two teens and a toddler... Not so much. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, bake and cook ware, appliances (air fryer would have been an added plus, but we survived).Christmas Tree was up when we baked Christmas cookies and a full prime rib meal, in the great for entertaining kitchen and dining area. 2 living rooms, one with a wood burning (Duraflame only) fireplace and another with a TV, perfect for everyone to be where they wanted to be and not on top of each other.The hot tub was great and a treat for us. There were sooooooo many towels and I loved it. The hosts were very responsive and we extended 2 days to our trip and added a dog with no problems.This was our very first trip to the Oregon Coast and we will definitely come back to this home.

What a gem! Cleanliness 10/10…. Fully stocked kitchen..perfect for a large group like I had where all different ages are needing their own space. Perfect location close to seaside activities, Warrenton shops and Astoria charm and history. Hot tub under the Stars! Only suggestion I have is it is extremely cold in the garage where the ping pong table and football games are located .. -an outdoor heater for winter months would be ideal!

We LOVED the home! Such a special time with family, beds were amazing and the house was so cozy and very clean. Overall the house was well stocked! We got to see the Elk and deer in the neighborhood. The owners with great to communicate with before during and after. Eager to come back and make more new family memories.

We spent two weeks in this home with our children age 8, 12, 15 and it is a fantastic vacation rental. Access to the beach is a short 5 minute walk, and the property is immaculate. Many things for the kids to do in the house and outside of the house everyday. It is a really nice layout which gives everyone multiple rooms they can escape from each other, as well as a central gathering area around the kitchen which is well stocked and spacious. I would highly recommend this rental for large groups or people with children.

Amazing house and location, cleanliness in all aspects, very classy place!

This house is perfect for mobility impaired folks. No stairs, single level, walk in showers. If the stovetop didn’t leak gas, it would’ve been even better. It is a fair distance to the ocean, really have to drive there. The hot tub was clean and warm, but not all of the jets work. Beds are very comfortable

Bliss is just that...Bliss. The property was beautiful, well equipped. It is located on a high bliluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The property has easy access to Astoria in a quiet setting. The host spent some very patient time with me helping fill forms required by the local government. I consider the paperwork unnecessary, not the fault of the host, but the fault of the local city and county government. The property was perfect, meeting all our needs and beyond. I highly recommend this booking to others. Thank you Bliss for a great experience.

The hosts were extremely patient and friendly with all our questions and a couple last-minute changes to our reservation. The house was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully laid out. This home was perfect for our Labor Day weekend getaway! It is an absolutely beautiful home and the location was perfect. The view from the deck was stunning and it was pretty easy to get to the. Each access locations. The size of the home was perfect for 3 families with kiddos ranging from 6-13. Everything was just absolutely perfect! The house was immaculate and super clean we arrived. Malia was very easy to work with and provided all the information we needed to make check in and check out seamless. We would highly recommend this home!

This home has everything we want for our family vacations: the spacious house, beautiful views of the ocean and Tillamook Head, a large deck with hot tub, a large back yard, and close proximity to Astoria, Seaside and Cannon Beach. Thank you Malia and Arne for the care, maintenance and cleanliness of this beautiful beach property.

This property was stunning and so clean. Large areas to gather with plenty of seating and kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and cook ware. Hot tub was clean and well maintained. They had everything you would need for a family with young kids or babies. Beautiful view and really close drive to all the fun attractions and stores. Very quiet neighborhood and very relaxing to just sit on the deck and listen to the ocean. I would highly recommend this property for your next family vacation. You will not be disappointed.

Our family had a 4 night stay here and we were very happy with the house. You can't beat the location and private/quiet neighborhood, yet it was convenient to everything. We really enjoyed the outdoor space and hearing the waves in the background. The hot tub, fire pit and outdoor games were all a blast every evening. The house was well stocked and in great shape. My only little complaint would be the guest bedroom beds weren't the most comfortable (thin mattress with foam topper) but we were able to manage. My parents had the primary bedroom and said that bed was perfect. Overall, we were super happy with our stay here and the owners were great on their communication and made us feel very welcome.
