Blissfully Serene Palm Cottage In Town and 2 Blocks from Beach

Great property, extremely comfortable. The location is awesome. Super cozy, perfect for a group of 4-6. Everything was well stocked, check in/out super easy. Host was great to work with. We will defiantly book again.

The house is darling, well appointed and in a great location.

This was an ideal property for us, our friends and our dogs. The home was super cute with an updated kitchen. The yard was sizable and completely fenced in which the puppies loved. The location was unbeatable…only a few blocks to downtown or the beach. We will definitely be coming back.

This is a fantastic property right in the center of Boca Grande, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Susan is an outstanding host, always quick to respond and attentive to every detail. We’ve enjoyed family vacations here for more than 25 years, and this home and location made this trip one of the best we’ve had in Boca Grande.

We booked last minute and Susan could not have been more accommodating. If I could give her six stars I would. The property was spotless and fully loaded with anything anyone would need to have a great time. We have already checked the calendar and booked again.

My husband and I, along with my sister, brother in law, and their dachshund, Jelly Bean, just returned from three days in Gasparilla. What an adorable, well stocked home. Good knives (a rarity!), plenty of towels, great appliances. And very cozy! Unfortunately it rained most of the time, but one day there was some sun and we grabbed the chairs and spent 2 hours at the beach which is right up the road, but we drove the couple of miles to go to the Boca Grand Pass Park entrance passed the lighthouse where the beach is much wider. This home is in a great location….you can walk to town, restaurants, and the beautiful Gasparilla Inn (breakfast at the Inn and dinner at the Pink Elephant are must-do’s). The property manager is a great communicator which I very much appreciated.

We are repeat visitors to Boca Grande and loved staying in this cottage right in the heart of downtown, Perfect location to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach .

I’ve been coming to Boca Grande since I was a kid and have stayed at over 80 different properties on the island. Without a doubt, this one tops them all.The location is unbeatable—everything is just a quick golf cart ride or short walk away. We parked the car when we arrived and never touched it again. From breakfast at The Outlet to dinners at The Temptation (maybe one too many—pretty sure I gave myself gout), to a scenic boat trip to Cabbage Key, everything we love about Boca was right at our fingertips.The home itself is the perfect size—comfortable, stylish, and full of that old Florida charm. Throughout the week, I brought in different groups of friends so each could experience what makes this place so special. It’s a little slice of heaven that takes you back to a better time.Susan was outstanding to work with—thoughtful, responsive, and on top of every detail. She made check-in a breeze and helped ensure our stay was effortless from start to finish.We jumped 47 tarpon this week, laughed until it hurt, and made memories I’ll never forget. Honestly, if I could rent this place all summer, I would. I’m even hesitant to share how amazing it is because part of me wants to keep it all to myself—but it’s just too good not to share.

This was our second time staying here. The home is very comfortable for our family. You can easily walk to the beach and most of the resturants on the island.

The home was amazing! It had everything we needed. It is located in the heart of the village of Boca Grande. Everything is a short walk away (the beautiful beach, shopping, restaurants). If you want to enjoy the best of Boca Grande, this is your place! If 6 stars was an option that is what I would pick. Thank you to Susan for allowing us to stay at her property. We plan to return!!
