Stayed Jul 31, 2025We had a great stay for a long weekend in Wilmington. The property was clean, check in and out were easy, and the location was great. The house wasn’t pristine which I actually prefer, as you don’t feel like you’re walking on eggshells all the time. It felt like a family vacation house, which is exactly what we wanted! A neighbor helped us out with garbage rules (there’s a small typo in the binder that confused us). Only downside was that the host didn’t respond to some messages on the app.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025The location was great if DT Wilmington an evening destination. Walking distance to DT. The AC unit was struggling a little to get the house comfortabley cool for us but we like it around 71 degrees. The parking spot was very tight and difficult to get too and from the house without having to walk through busches when a vehicle is parked in the driveway. Driveway the biggest hassle but overall a nice place to stay.

Stayed Mar 21, 2025We loved it! We walked everywhere downtown near the river. There are tons of museums, restaurants, breweries, bars and shops within walking distance. The neighborhood is so cute and historic. If you're good with a few stairs and walkability, this is the spot to stay! The rocking chairs on the porch were so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Feb 8, 2025The house has very comfortable furniturre. The kitchen is well appointed. Wonderful location for downtown. I cannot imagine that anybody could complain about their stay in the house, as it has everything you could ever need.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Beautiful property close to literally everything. Four blocks from the river front. Quite historical neighborhood and this house has everything you need! The owner was very easy to communicate with and prompt with his responses. We stayed here while looking for an apartment for my new Coastie and it honestly could not have been a better experience!
