THE SPACE:
This property features two full private units in a side-by-side duplex format, each with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms. This offers a rare combination of space, amenities, and flexibility for your larger group when visiting Wilmington. Everything is doubled - two living spaces, two full fully equipped kitchens and dining areas, two driveways, two private fenced backyards, etc. The classic, beautiful wraparound front porch allows groups to easily flow between the two units and enjoy time on the porch together. Note: The divider on the front porch can be opened to allow guests to flow between the two units. You will not find many properties or rentals downtown with amenities like this.

Walk 3-4 blocks to downtown, and one more to the Riverwalk. Incredible location for a Downtown Wilmington visit. You will struggle to find a reason to drive or Uber anywhere during a stay here. A 15-20 minute drive gets you to the best beaches NC has to offer, including Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach. There is no shortage of fun activities!
