Black Skimmer - Beach front, screened porch, elevator, and pet friendly!

Beautiful home. Very clean and comfortable. Property mgmt was extremely easy to access. Would definitely stay here again.

Black Skimmer was an awesome rental. The view and location on the beach were outstanding. The screened porch on front and rear were perfect. The open deck off the master bedroom was delightful! The kitchen was fully equipped with everything from large pots for a shrimp boil to muffin pans and a hand mixer to entertain our grandchildren. Wine glasses and barware were nicely appointed. We fixed skinny Marguaritas and squeezed juice with the press provided. Also found a garlic press for the meals we fixed in the house. Maybe some time for some beefier towels for the showers. The stripped towels were showing their age. All said, we found Black Skimmer perfect for our daughter and husband, granddaughters and their black lab! We loved our stay!

Yes we were right on the beach and a beautiful beach it is!! The house has been recently redone in 2025 I believe and they did a fantastic job. A couple of suggestions I have are for a hair dryer in baths and a Keuric/pod coffee maker.

House was perfect! Perfect open space, very clean. Everything top notch! Great view, right on beach with easy access. Loved the screened porch along with deck areas. Great for spending time outside out of sun while still feeling like at beach.

We really enjoyed the back screened in porch where we could still enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean when the weather was too windy or rainy to be on the beach. Loved the big closets and plenty of storage in the laundry room so the kitchen was not cluttered. Very spacious rooms and plenty of seating!

The Gulf view was incredible. The home was fabulous. Love the bedroom upgrades and the fresh coat of paint.

The elevator made it so simple for him. The covered porches allowed him to sit in comfort if the weather was too warm. The two king bed rooms were so comfortable and spacious. The kids room was perfect. There was not one thing the house did not have that we could have needed. We have vacationed on St George on and off for 30 years and Black Skimmer felt like home. Will absolutely be booking every year.
