We think that our guests will spend the most of their time outside at Billfish, with a large shady, cool private front verandah, family BBQ, outdoor setting, lounges and now a poolit's the perfect place to be after a long day exploring the reef or out on the water fishing.

The front two sliding doors open up the house to bring the outside in. Walk into your open plan kitchen, dining and lounge room. The kitchen has a full breakfast bar and all the mod cons. The lounge has loads of comfy couch space and a large TV for catching up on the cricket.
Stroll through the back sliding doors and walk outside to your own private pool.

Billfish has three large bedrooms, two with queen beds and the third with a set of bunks. The house will comfortably sleep six, or four singles. (Please note that the top bunk will not accommodate an adult's weight.)
There is one family sized bathroom, with shower, toilet and vanity. There is also a second toilet off the living area.

There is plenty of parking space with room for four cars, with one under cover carport at the rear of the property. There is an easy turn around drive through the front, also perfect if you are bringing the boat so you can hopefully catch an elusive Billfish Good luck

Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect and we will be sure to return. Everything was exactly as described. The property was clean with all the creature comforts of home andnthe pool was a welcome sight when returning from a day outbor late night dip in a balmy summer evening. The property is located near the Exmouth shopping precinct and within close proximity to restaurants, pubs, resorts and local amenities. The perfect base to explore this beautiful region of WA from. The communication and booking process was also great!

Stayed for 5 nights with a our family of 5 plus a extra Grandparent. House was very well appointed with, added convenience of filtered drinking water. Having the pool was nice when we just had a day chilling out or if its too windy down the beach. I think it would be good if on the listing it had a photo of the 3rd bedroom and better description as i thought it only had a single bunk bed and bought a swag for a extra bed. But infact it had 2 bunk beds one with a double on the bottom. Overall very happy would stay there again. Cheers.

This home was lovely and clean, spacious, air conditioner in every room and 5 minute walk to the shops. There was plenty of room for our family of 6 and nice pool area to soak up the sunshine. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely love to stay here again.

Its a wonderful house, that is so convenient to the town, very comfortable, lots of space, incredibly clean and the pool is a bonus on windy beach days.

Billfish was an amazing property to stay at. Close to town, the pool was great for the kids when it was a bit too windy at the beach, and the house had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable holiday.

Thank you for a great holiday home, we thoroughly enjoyed our week there. The house (I must admit, looks nothing special from the outside), but once inside it was absolutely lovely, really spacious. A lot of care and attention has gone into this place, even the kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking essentials (eg saucepans, utensils, plates, glasses, mugs, etc). We have stayed in a lot of holiday homes, and you'd be surprised as to how much the little things matter and how often other places fall short. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great location. Must see visits are the Aquarium (also a very interesting museum), Lighthouse, Ningaloo Reef, Jurabi Turtle Beach and the local coffee shop, also the local IGA was well stocked. Great fun to have a bbq on xmas day instead of the traditional turkey and cold weather which we normally get in the UK. If we had stayed longer and didn't have jet lag then we would have done more and taken advantage of snorkeling. We did do the Ningaloo Manta Ray scuba dive/snorkeling day trip - oh wow you have to do this. To be up close to turtles and sharks and manta rays is a memory that will last forever.
