(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The home was clean and the kitchen was well-furnished. The beds were comfortable. The location was convenient to the National Parks. No complaints. We would definitely stay here again if our travels bring us back to Moab. Canyonlands and Arches National Parks are amazing! Plan a visit!

    Great place to stay while in Moab. Access to the parks is great. Far enough away from the downtown for quiet time in the evening and for sleeping, but close enough if you wish to have an evening out. Parking was right in front of door, and the place was well equipped with everything you need. We would stay there again on our next visit.

    The layout was great and spacious. Had everything you’d need regarding dishes, condiments, etc. the bathrooms were well supplied with soap, shampoo, conditioner. There were extra blankets, towels, pretty much anything you’re looking for! There is constructions going on near the property that was kinda loud in the mornings and the dryer took multiple cycles to dry our clothes (2-3 hours), but other than that, the stay was perfect for us. Close to town but still more peaceful.

    Overall our experience was very nice...about 10 minutes south of town with easy parking in a very nice, newer neighborhood. If we were to come back; however, we would choose a unit that is farther from the very busy road as the semi trucks run through the night and made our sleep less than sound.

    We loved our short but sweet stay! The condo was easy to find, even in the dark. If you're looking for a summer road-trip stop or vacation destination, look no further. We found the place welcoming and well stocked! The washer/dryer was a perfect amenity on a cross-country trip. The fridge even comes equipt to ice and fill your water bottles after they've been washed. We found plenty of regular and USB outlets for every device, and then some. Gorgeous views, short distance from national parks, local artwork and scenery all throughout condo, clean, and nicely designed, perfection!

    Overall a well stocked, clean property situated on the edge of the compound, a decent stroll to the hot tub, playground, and courts. Excellently stocked kitchen as far as appliances and cookware.

    This was the perfect get away with all the comforts and conveniences of home. We will extremely pleased. It was close to Arches National Park and downtown Moab, which was convenient for days of hiking, rafting, and canyoneering. Neighbors, however, can be a bit loud at night when outside on patio which is right below main bedroom. But we know you can't control other guests.
