Big House, 4 King beds, BBQ,Fire Pitt, near BEACH

Nice property, supplies lacking (3 dish tablets for 7 day stay, no laundry pods, low propane in tank)

The floor was really dirty and had a piece of glass that my boyfriend cut his foot on. The fire pits were broken and had cigarettes in them. The grill was very dirty, Qtips under bathroom mirror, bottle caps found on window sill. No laundry detergent. After getting past this, it was a good stay, enjoyed the yard without the fire pits. There was also no hot tub

Property bathroom amenities need to be updated

I had a wonderful time. The property was very spacious and fit my needs perfectly. I was in close proximity to the activities that I was planning on attending. Near food and shopping too!

No firewood, Play ground needs painting, Could have had more dishwasher soap was inadequate for a week for six people. One plug did not work in the bedroom

Not So Good I planned to leave a simple nice review until, I received a message that we had smoked in the house. I worked in Starwood/Marriott management for 10 years, and I hate leaving negative reviews, however, I have asthma, and do not allow smoking indoors or in close proximity to me. So here's the facts: We stayed 6 nights for work in the area, great location, could be a great house. Disappointed with housekeeping. Missing batteries in the remote controls, 1 remote apparently doesn't do anything. We purchased batteries for 1 remote. Living room ceiling fan remote doesn't work, must use the pull chains. The ice maker in refrigerator / freezer doesn't work. 1 and 1/2 roll of tissue paper per bathroom, 1 spare trash bag for kitchen. We bought our own. 2 laundry pods provided. We bought our own. Toilet in bathroom with tub needs a flapper ball, runs almost constantly. Huge step down to 2nd bathroom, & laundry thats not mentioned in the ad. Gas grill was dirty, we had to clean it before using it. Firepit rusted out. Be prepared to strip your own beds, and put all linens in the bathroom for housekeeping, never been asked to do that before. Take trash out on Wednesday Night, but don't tell you which can to use, and they're not properly labeled so our trash didn't get picked up. Hint, use brown one, not the blue one. Normally I would never have detailed this many imperfections, being accused of something that didn't happen, with these real problems upsets me.

Cozy home. Great location. Issues with getting access, but Boris was quick to respond.

This is an older home with some updates. It is like your grandparents' house, not stylish, but honest and comfortable.

The outside yard and coffee in the morning with the many birds that visited was my heaven, especially when below zero in my home state. Great location for access to airports, and the fun little towns that surround this area. A couple items needed fixing upon our arrival but management was quick to respond.
