    The house was a good fit for three couples. Location was convenient for us since we had an event at City Park as for exploring the city.

    Overall the house was great. Off street parking was a plus and we used the walk path one day to walk all the way into the French Quarter. The space inside the house was great and all the beds were extremely comfortable. The house is older and there were some areas that could use some repair but nothing crazy. There were some basics missing from the kitchen but once notified the owner was willing to have them dropped off. The neighborhood seemed a little sketchy but we didn’t have any problems and were able to enjoy an evening thunderstorm with the door open. Overall I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting New Orleans but don’t want to deal with the noise and crowds of downtown and want space to unwind at the end of the day.

    Great space for our family of 4. Easy walk to the bus/streetcar stops. Bottled water and chips were a very nice touch!

    Perfect size and met the needs of our family. Within walking distance to the streetcars which was convenient for us but we could also easily drive in the area if needed.

    This is a nice property in a convenient location right on the Lafitte Greenway. We were able to walk to Parkway Bakery and Tavern for the best Po Boy sandwiches in New Orleans. Grocery stores and other restaurants, as well as the Canal St. Streetcar (for a trip downtown) and Bayou St. John are also walkable. There is space in front of the house for street parking if you have a car. The house was clean and comfortable and amenities were adequate.

    This 3bedroom/2bath ranch was charming, clean and provided plenty of space for our family of four. This being our first trip to NOLA, the location was perfect with great neighborhood food and nightlife, off street parking and trolley access only 2blocks away for easy travels to the French Quarter. Highly recommend this home (and eating at the local neighborhood restaurants- Parkway and Katie’s.)
