Big Canoe Retreat w/ Deck & Golf Course Views

Very welcoming and communicated very well.

My family and I had a fabulous time at this Big Canoe Retreat. The view off the deck was incredible and we saw deer on the green on numerous mornings. The home was spacious and had everything we needed. It was a great Thanksgiving getaway location and I would highly recommend it.

Stay was perfect.

House was perfect for our needs. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows to make it stay extra comfortable. My GPS took me past the house but the owner quickly remedied that and got me into the house. The pool table was nice to use and the view of the home course green made it enjoyable to watch outside.

Very comfy cabin in Big Canoe. Played in a golf tourney at Big Canie. Great course. Well appointed with all the kitchen needs covered. All beds comfy. Pool table was a great bonus for the evenings. Easy check in and check out through Evolve. Hope to stay again next year. Thanks!

We had a mini family reunion. The house in Big Canoe was perfect for our family. It had everything that we needed and was the perfect spot from which we could enjoy the natural beauty of the N Georgia mountains. Grandkids loved the indoor pool and playgrounds.

Our family stayed a few nights for a wedding. Lots of space in the house, and Big Canoe is great! This property has some things that reminded me of my childhood in the best way - older board games, some fantastic movies for our kids on DVD (loved a break from streaming services), funny coffee mugs. I’m all for nostalgia and enjoyed it. The property really needs a deep clean, though, and I do think it’s time to invest in new linens.

Everything about the process went exactly how we would’ve liked it to go. The check-in process was very easy. The property fit our needs exactly as explained, and there was plenty of amenities around for us to enjoy a great weekend with family.

Excellent property and location for exploring the local area. Really enjoyed the games room that provided many hours of family fun.

House and neighborhood were wonderful. There were some small details that made me give 4 stars. Upstairs mattress needs to be replaced, only one roll of tp in each bathroom. None other was provided. Some handles missing on master bedroom furniture, would have appreciated better map since we are required to remove the garbage. We never were able to find the dumpster and ended up having to take it with us. That all being said we would return to this house in a heartbeat.

The house was very clean and had lots of cooking and bathroom supplies. It was comfortable and fun for the family with the pool table. Close to the lake for an easy drive and the management company is fantastic with communication
