Welcome to Big Blue - Moab's Adventure Basecamp! Our amazing property is a Jeep/RockCrawler/ATV/UTV dream located 15 minute south of downtown Moab. Big Blue is minutes away from Steel Bender, Sand Flats and Canyonlands National Park. The property is also surrounded by world class mountain bike trails with Arches National Park a short 20 minute drive. We're located 10 minutes south of Downtown Moab and in a peaceful quiet neighborhood.

The Space:
Big Blue features two large bedrooms with a central loft/bunk room for your entire group/family to spread out after a long day on the trails. One of the best features of Big Blue is the double car shop & garage for you to pull all your vehicles in for a repair and out of the elements. With a large open living room and kitchen, our place is perfect for groups and families alike. Ample parking is provided so no need to unhook your trailer at the end of the day. Big Blue is ideally situated to many of the famous trails and slickrock that Moab is known for!

A fully stocked open kitchen allows you to mingle while you cook for large groups. A large living room and outdoor shop area provide plenty of space for everyone. There is also a washer/dryer, BBQ grill, and ample space for parking with multiple vehicles, trucks & trailers. Enjoy our brand new outdoor hot tub with stellar views of the Moab Rim day or night!

***Looking to bring your pet with you on vacation We’d love to have you in this dog friendly property (pet fees apply, 2 pet maximum & some exclusions apply). There will be a $100 per stay pet fee... dogs are not allowed without a correct pet fee and proper approval. So please inquire with us before booking***

    Best parking gor trucks and trailers we have found. Rooms were cozy and the kitchen/living room area is large and comfortable. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely will be coming back.

    We stayed at Big Blue in April/May 2025 with a group of 8. Plenty of room and beds. Garage area is huge with plenty of room for repairs. There are 4 toilets and 2 showers available. Would highly recommend!

    My husband and one other couple stayed at Big Blue. We had a great time there and really enjoyed our stay. Lots of room and plenty of space. The use of the garage was nice. It was quiet. There was plenty of room for the pickups and enclosed trailers. We will stay here again the next time we’re back!

    This location was perfect for our group of 8 to reunite and regroup after a day on the trails. There was plenty of room and the garage was a great place to store our vehicles' removable tops. The views were amazing and check-in was a breeze. The keyless entry system was unpredictable throughout the stay but there was a backup key available. Except for a few hiccups with towels and trash which were addressed by the host, the stay was perfect. Definitely someplace we will come back to when we return.

    This is a really great place to stay that offers plenty of parking and a shop bay to park inside and do repair work in. Only one side of the shop was available for use during our visit, but it wasn't a big problem for us. Tow vehicles and trailers can be parked in the back behind a gate. The living quarters is nicely finished and was equipped with everything we needed. There are actually four bathrooms available. A half bath in the laundry room off the kitchen on the main floor, a half bath in the shop, a full bath with tub upstairs, and a private bath with stall shower in the master bedroom. We did not need them, but there was also a second set of bunk beds available that was not shown in the picture of the loft area. The location is good for us. It's outside the busy area of Moab but close enough for quick parts runs and a night out on the town. It was quiet at night. Communication was good and we will definitely stay here again on our next trip!
