Big Barn in Bemus Point, unique, peaceful, and memorable

What a beautiful and roomy home. We truly enjoyed our stay. This home is so well cared for inside and out. It is stocked with everything you could need and so CLEAN!! The location is great-only 1 mile from the lake. Many thanks to our host for such a great find!!

We had a wonderful time in The Barn; quirky in the best way! There were 11 of us - 3 daugers, 2 husbands and 4 cousins along with us grandparents. Lots of beds and privacy when needed and open space for activity both inside and outside. We used the fire pit twice and the kids played extensively in the large yard. The porch downstairs was used constantly and the deck upstairs became the kid hangout. The kitchen was very well appointed with open cupboards for all our supplies. Long, large islands for prep and buffet eating. The location was perfect for visiting Chatauqua Institute, Panama Rocks, Cassadaga Lake, Niagra Falls NY, boating on the lake and exploring charming Bumus Point. Emily responded to our minor requests quickly and cheerfully. If the cousins have their way, we'll be back next summer!

The cousins enjoyed a two night stay at the barn. The first floor was utilized mostly with the big kitchen, plenty of places to eat, kid friendly area and seating areas for intimate conversations. The outside area was cozy with rockers to watch the little ones run around and try to catch the butterflies. Many memories were made. Thanks Emily for letting us enjoy our family.

We had a good stay and we all enjoyed the stay. We had one feedback which was communicated before but still would like to have a dishwasher. We would definitely come back next time.

Overall- great place! A little further from the lake that we had originally thought but that was our problem, not the listing.It is not air conditioned and while our host provided us with a ton of fans, we happened to be there on the hottest weekend of the summer so we were still hot. It is a beautiful setting with neighbors a little close by. Great places in and on the property for large groups to be together, chatting and eating! We loved that part of the property! Beds were comfortable as well.Great host who was very communicative!

Beautiful and unique place to stay!

The barn was spacious enough that the 9 of us had plenty of room.

Words can explain how amazing this place is. Everything about it is top notch - I could write a book on how awesome it is ???? we weee able to fit 13 people so comfortably and never felt like we were under each others feet . Weather allowed us to be outside for cornhole and ladder ball during the afternoon and beautiful campfires at night ! None of our group had anything negative to say about any of our stay . LOVED it and will be returning at some point ! Thank you Emily and Greg !

Would stay there again

We had a fantastic stay at this barn house. We had 2 families that stayed. It was very spacious where we had our own sleeping space and space to have some privacy but when we did things together it felt cozy. The owner of the property made everything very easy and was very responsive to messages it was a short drive to town. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to go back!

Emily was super helpful and responsive! I had a couple questions and she answered immediately! I loved having one open floor for all of us to hang out but there were other levels that allowed you to get space if you wanted it.
