House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.

    Everything was great outside of the fact we didn’t have a working stove so our food was wasted outside what we could do with the provided hot plate. Also the garage door could never be opened with the code. We had to send someone through the front to open the garage from the inside. Pool was pretty saddening as well, but wasn’t a huge focal point for us. Other than this let down, we enjoyed our stay.

    Overall great stay for our family for son’s graduation weekend. Kitchen had enough pans and dishes. Common area of kitchen and living is very nice and open. Location is close to grocery stores. Parking is great. My following comments are only to make this property exceptional. First was the single couches could use some scrubbing or replacing. Second was some kitchen towels would be good to place in kitchen.

    The property was relatively clean, but the furniture was fairly dirty. Numerous damages to the walls and on the furniture. Biggest issues were service related. Air conditioning on the top floor went out which is where three bedrooms are located. We were without AC for over 24 hours. Biggest issue was that we had no hot water. Service request went out and the service man repaired it. However, it within less than a day it went out again. We were without hot water for our group of eight for more than two days.

    The house location is perfect, parking is convenient! Room size , kitchen, bath everything is nice ! Except: 1, bed is too soft , basically your sleeping in a curved bed; 2, WiFi is not cover whole house , only second floor have WiFi , 1st and 3rd dose’t have WiFi at all! The rest everything is perfectly! Will still rent this house next trip to New Orleans!

    Roomy, clean, easy, and a pool. What more could you ask for. Oh, 2 blocks from street car stop that takes you downtown. Some nice restaurants nearby if you are willing to walk.

    We could walk to fun restaurants with great food, to a coffee shop with home made beignets, the grocery store, and even the trolley! It was also close to our niece who lives in Mid City. There were seven of us, and the villa has great open space for cooking, eating and spending quality time together! It was great having a double garage in a secured area protected by a gate. Great communication with the management company.

    Overall it was a great stay, but this is a all the time VRBO people do not live here so don’t expect any rugs game or regular things that you would see you in a persons home. It has bare-bones essentials. Apparently it was perfect for us and our kids just make sure to bring toys so the downstairs bedroom does not have a bathroom on the same floor so whoever stays there hast to go up the stairs to go to the restroom and two sets of stairs to shower. It was in close proximity to a good coffee shop and the trolley to get downtown. I would stay there again by.

    It was a great place. One criticism from our family was that the two bedrooms with queen beds—both rooms had few hangers and absolutely no drawers or dresser to unpack.

    The property was clean and well-appointed. Walking distance to a nice supermarket and a couple of New Orleans’ best restaurants — Mandina’s and Katie’s. Trolley to Harrah’s, French Quarter and Garden District a short walk away. The only issue with property was locating remote controls for TVs which we did soon enough.

    The property was clean and nice it turn out ok for the group that came everyone had they own room. I recommend this property we was right down the street from Bourbon street not to far. I will be coming back again
