Hop on a nearby streetcar and you’ll find yourself in the heart of the French Quarter and Bourbon Street in less than 10 minutes.

• Gatherings of more than 16 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction.
• Shared Outdoor Pool (Working hours - 8am-10pm.)
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• A high chair and Pack ’n Play are available upon request
House rules
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• The home has maximum occupancy of guests. Renters who exceed the occupancy limit and falsify occupancy information at the time of reservation are subject to eviction. Violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am
• Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here must be approved in writing in advance. Rates, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.

    A good place to stay for families. The beds were comfortable and clean. Laundry pods, towels, and hotelish toiletries are provided. Lots of stairs that are very steep. The pool is much smaller than in the photos. The furniture needs a deep cleaning and the floors (as I read in a previous review) are not clean-so bring slippers, as we ruined our socks. It is humid so the floor seems sticky and un-mopped. The toilet seats need tightening/repair and could have been cleaner. The set of pots are very old-and if you plan to cook take an inventory of what is there (no mixing bowls for instance). All in all is is a decent property, but I will stick to hotels in the future for the NOLA area. Good pricing and the owner is very attentive and responsive.

    The layout was nice with two teenage boys because we could give them their own room on a level all by themselves where they could each have their own bed. The location was good. It was walkable to a number of good restaurants and the trolley stop and the neighborhood gave off overall safe vibes.

    Property was exactly as advertised. Neighborhood was good. Having a gated entry to the 2 car garage was a nice bonus.

    We came to New Orleans for the LHSAA Football Championship. We won the 2A Championship. 1st to tell you about our stay. The check in process was simple and easy. Listing said Sat/cable tv that is incorrect. It has a 3 great smart TVs with wifi so we had to use streaming services which I struggled with. Sat/cable to me is Directv, Dish Network or Cox cable. Wife talked me into cooking dinner Saturday night so I cooked Red Beans, Rice, Baked Pork Chops and Cornbread. Oh no, I couldn't bake cornbread because this fully equipped kitchen does have stove pans to bake cornbread. Nor dish cloths to clean up the kitchen. Other than this it was almost perfect. In my opinion simply change the listing on Sat/Cable and add a set of baking pans along with some dish cloths and this home would be PERFECT. I will definitely stay here every time I come to New Orleans. It is centrally located to most of all the attractions.
