Best Views on the Island! Oceanfront, Sunsets, Boat dock, Elevator, pool, fish!

Our VRBO had 180 degree views of the backwater and intercoastal waterways (unit is waterfront with no blocked views) with stunning sunsets. Both decks and all of the bedrooms had water views. The elevator made luggage and food handling easy and the unit was only a couple of minute walk to the beach. At the time of year we went , beaches were almost empty and no waits at the many local restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would suggest taking another look at your description of the property. Specifically, it says that there are 1.5 baths total when there are actually 2 full baths on the 2nd floor and a half bath on the top floor.Thanks for letting us stay.

Beautiful views and sunsets. Comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of windows and natural light. Elevator is so helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

If you are looking for a great relaxing time this is the place. So cozy inside. Makes your home away from home relaxing! From views, fishing, the pool, and beach we had it all! A gated community with some of the friendliest people! We traveled with 5 kids 10-14 and they had PLENTY to do. Basketball court a, playground. This is an amazing place and the host are amazing as well! 10/10 recommend!

The updated interior was gorgeous. Weather was perfect with absolutely breathtaking sunsets.Something to check - the ceiling fan in the bunk room does not work. The wooden elevator door on the ground level sometimes does not want to open. Have to work at it to get it open. And a set of steak knives would be great in the kitchen. Otherwise, we'll see Let's Do Sunset next year!!!

The house was fantastic. The family had a great time. We will definitely return to this house in the future

The house was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Well stocked kitchen and the Queen’s Grant neighborhood offered many amenities. Will definitely stay here again!

He also appreciated the elevator because of arthritis in his knee. He got a much needed break for a week while he enjoyed fishing. Thank you for your help also when needed.

This is our second time staying at this house and it’s great. The views are incredible and it’s so perfect with kids to have the pool and beach within walking distance.

We fished in the sound. Rented kayaks and went to the sandbar in the sound. We saw dolphins about everyday in the sound. We loved having an elevator in the house too. It was a good week at this house.

I booked and paid for this beach place 6 months in advance for a week family vacation and we were all so excited only to show up with someone already renting this place for a week. To our surprise we literally walked in (with our kids) on folks staying to there that were halfway clothed!! Alana had just gave us the door code the day before after I had to ask for it. After calling Alana (the owner who I had been in contact with the whole booking) she informed me of a terrible mistake and another family had the place for the same week as us! She offered for us to stay in duplex next door that she thought was similar minus a few beds and in return she would refund us some money. Family was so upset and we were not about to get in the car with all our stuff and drive home so we stayed. This place did not have the same view, there was less amenities, the grill was so trashed you would never cook on it and there were roaches in the shower. To make matters worse when I text Alana to ask about how she wanted to handle refund I got nothing back. This was our first week vacation on the beach and Alana ruined it then did not keep her word about refunding us money after not having the place we booked so far in advance available for us.

This house has a spacious kitchen and great views! We loved how close the house was to the beach and pool! Unfortunately, the hot tub was not in use. The house was very clean but could use some updated furnishings and furniture.
