Our family had an amazing and relaxing time. The house was amazing as were the amenities. We definitely are looking forward to booking again!

Everything was very clean, and the hosts were amazing! There were so many things to do at the house, including kayaks, canoes, floats, and more. Having a boat launch right at the house was a huge perk. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

This property is AMAZING! It has everything you could hope for, and more! Be prepared to be off the grid in a peaceful, well-appointed, clean, and absolutely beautiful home, with endless activities - fishing, kayaking, smores-making, swimming, reading, playing games, and just looking out at the beautiful lake! Ashley, the owner, was quick to answer our few questions. My family LOVED this home and would love to visit again! Highly recommended!

Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon, we had a blast here. The place was amazing and the owner's are the best I ever experienced. The place was extremely well stocked, clean, a lot of amenities, and an overall wonderful experience.

Just a quick fishing get away for me and the hubby. Ashley (& Brad) were just great, provided all the instructions and answered all our questions promptly. They have a lovely lake home with all the goodies you could ever want. We will definitely be back!

This was the best stocked vacation rental we’ve ever stayed at. Literally had everything from fishing tackle to an air fryer. Even had stuff for smores. The welcome basket with water and snacks was a nice touch. Perfect property for our family of 5 adults to enjoy. Plenty of room to spread out. Great fishing from both docks and the bank. Would definitely stay here again! Great communication from the host!

Everything about this house and location was perfect for our family for the week. The house was clean on arrival, kitchen was well stocked with anything you might need, lots of games for the kids, plenty of fishing supplies, and anything you might have forgotten chances are it was in the house available to use! The location is great, very peaceful and beautiful scenery while enjoying the hot tub or fire pit. We enjoyed various activities in the area such as Little River Canyon National Preserve, Orbix hot glass, and downtown Rome, GA, although I think the kids liked the sweet neighborhood dogs the best. Ashley was timely and helpful in her responses to any questions we had. If we go back to the area again we’d for sure stay at the cordial catfish again!

Do not think twice about staying here! This was the best vacation we have been on in a while. The property has everything you could need or want on your stay. We were greeted by the sweetest dogs who loved fishing with us! Everything was spotless! There’s plenty of firewood waiting for you and they even left a snores kit. We also enjoyed the hot tub after fishing all day. The owners have thought of everything and went above and beyond in my opinion! They stay in communication if you need anything. We will be back in the summer to enjoy the lake even more and with our friends and kids this time! What are you waiting for? Book it now!

The lake house was exceptional. Ashley was extremely kind and responsive leading up to and during our visit. The house was stocked with everything you might need for an enjoyable stay - they literally thought of everything you and your family (young or older) might need. Very family friendly while also romantic and relaxing. The beds were very comfortable; the house was warm and cozy; and the lake views were relaxing. Light fixtures and other items were labeled to help you quickly find your way around the house. We really enjoyed our visit and would like to visit again during the summer or fall. We had such an enjoyable time we are looking into booking dates for Ashley’s other properties as well. We highly recommend the lake house!

This was a beautiful house and a wonderful location right on the lake, plenty of room to accommodate a family of five. The house had everything you could ask for, fully furnished with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. The big screen downstairs was the perfect way to watch college football on Saturday. The kayaks were a huge hit with the kids. The dock was nice and we spent a lot of our time fishing, swimming and kayaking. The host communication was awesome and we will definitely plan to visit again.

This is a beautiful property. It was private and peaceful with lots of space and 2 separate docks for fishing on the lake. Ashley and Brad have really thought of everything! There are games and activities for the whole family - equipment for kayaking, fishing, roasting marshmallows or just generally enjoying some outdoor time. Ashley responded quickly to any questions and helped provide suggestions for nearby sights and hiking trails. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

Clean nice relaxing getaway for 2 couples Plenty of room to spread-out in and outside the lake cabin. Usually go to a Minnesota lake cabin each year but thought we’d try something different this time. Tennis and pickleball courts at Berry College in Rome were nice but 35 minutes away. Barbecue grill and hot tub were nice to have. Nicely furnished kitchen for all our cooking needs. Roadside honor system candy and snack stand by a residence on the road near the cabin was an interesting experience we had never seen before A/C unit very loud for downstairs king bedroom couple trying to sleep. We ended up not using the a/c at night and opened the windows Hot water in downstairs bath was slightly cooler than upstairs bath. Screen door on back porch needs to fit better so wasps don’t enter under the bottom gap in the door
