The apartment was exactly as described. Such a great area - close to the beach, marina, great restaurants, and lots of fun activities.

No light in south bedroom

The location was fantastic. The amenities were in great condition. The pots and pans and the amount of dishware in the kitchen was a little sparse. The covered porch was a fantastic place to hang out and eat breakfast.

Perfect location - walking distance to beach, State Street shopping/restaurants, markets, local restaurants. Host easy to reach and very friendly and accommodating. The space is clean and bright. Love the outdoor patio.

Sadly because of airline problems, we missed out on a day of our journey, and we didn't have as much time to explore the area as we'd hoped. We did have a really nice walk down to and out onto the wharf. It looks like a great area to explore! The apartment was easy to get in and out of and the porch area was so pleasant.

Great location and very clean

We loved our stay! The apartment was clean and cozy, but the covered deck was the highlight. It felt like an extension of the living room and made the space feel bigger. It was perfect for our girls trip with the beautiful garden views, a calm neighborhood vibe, and only a few blocks from the beach! Highly recommend

We'll be back! Stephanie was responsive to a few questions we had and the place was perfect. Exactly as described, super comfortable and we especially loved the large furnished deck, the full kitchen, the A/C, and the easy walk to the beach and restaurants.

Home was comfortable and perfect for our family reunion.

Loved this condo, pictures were accurate. The outdoor patio was wonderful and really well furnished. Walking distance from great restaurants, the beach and pier. The host was very responsive and easy to contact. Would absolutely stay here again!

This is a great property, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, etc. Parking can be tough, but it was manageable.

This is a very clean and comfortable condo with a large covered balcony with a place to lounge and eat- perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather. The host was communicative and very nice. Would definitely recommend this place!

This apartment was perfect for 3 adults. The outside patio was an extra bonus. Everything was clean and tidy and looked like the pictures. The location was perfect - you can walk to the beach, to Funk Zone and other activities. Beware of where you park - there is limited parking on the weekends and you can be ticketed for parking more than 90 minutes during the day due to the close proximity to the ocean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was immaculate and exactly as described. The outdoor covered patio was wonderful. The location was perfect and we walked everywhere. We will stay again next time we visit Santa Barbara and we highly recommended this property!

This West Beach location is perfect for walking to the harbor, wharf and beaches of Santa Barbara. My family (kids ages 4 & infant) had a blast during our weeklong stay. I appreciated the washer & dryer, covered balcony and the fact that a pack & play fit perfectly in one of the open closets in the first bedroom. Overall great place for a family vacation!

Wonderful property! Easy check in, great location, was able to walk to the wharf and all of state street! Also wonderful patio, perfect for card games outside in the fresh air!

We had a great stay at the house in SB. It's in a fantastic location, it's updated, has lots of fans, nice windows, and nice amenities. The deck and garden view was easily the standout feature. The check in process was really easy and the host was very communicative on the day of check-in. We spent most of the time outside of the house and enjoying SB. The only downsides are the street parking (which was not an issue but read the signs closely), the bathroom hand-soap was basically water (super diluted), and the early check out time (10am). But none of these really impacted our stay and we would gladly come back for another trip!

Clean apartment in a GREAT location. We loved the spacious deck.

This is a terrific place to stay if you are in the Santa Barbara area. It is beautifully decorated, comfortable, and very clean. Staying at this condo, You can walk to pretty much the main attractions while enjoying Santa Barbara for less than most of the hotels in the same area, which are not as clean or as nice as this condo. State street is a short walk as is the beach, marina and pier. We rented bikes and rode all over and spent a few hours at the zoo. The condo is upstairs and we rented the one with the balcony. The balcony is awesome! It's really large and covered. (You can sit out and have coffee if it is raining) We found the beds very comfortable, and the condo has a very welcoming feeling to it. We didn't have to run the AC, (although it was there in the kitchen area if we needed it) The condo has pretty much everything you need for a wonderful time. This condo will be our new go to place when we visit Santa Barbara. Thank you for a great time in an awesome place!

Great location, lots to do! Recommend bringing beach towels with you as we had difficulty locating some for purchase. Otherwise a great stay! Clean and accessible with the right amount of space!

It’s a great location for walking and accessing nice parts of Santa Barbara Peyer and Harbor. Just a little weird, feeling with cameras, watching the balcony cameras in the stairway and cameras in the driveway.

It is such a relief when rentals end up being exactly as described. This cottage condo was not only in a perfect location (esp. for self-caterers) but the entire stay was easy and enjoyable. Stephanie maintained clear communications and there were no problems. The pleasant deck overlooking her unique garden is the very definition of 'added value'.

Fantastic location. 5 mins walk from the beach and very close to several great restaurants and other activities.House is small but does not feel small when you use it...Nice patio which we didnt use much because of the weather.Neighborhood is very quiet and felt very safe.My family enjoyed the stay very much

2nd floor condo in very nice neighborhood. Spacious covered porch. 2 blocks from beach and downtown wineries. Super clean and cozy.

Property was as described. Great location, clean apartment and well decorated. We loved spending time in the outdoor space, which overlooked a beautiful garden. Very comfortable and relaxing. Walking distance to many restaurants and the beach, including less than 1/2 mile to State Street and Funk Zone. Street parking was not an issue for our two vehicles. Instructions were clear, host was proactive and made herself available if needed. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and father were in town 5 days for a wedding. Walking distance to everything you could imagine. The property was peaceful and rental was very clean. Thank you so much for a great time in SB!! We will be back!!

This condo was in a prime location! Walkable to everything. Street parking was easy, but the street did fill up over the weekend. The outdoor space was lovely- very comfortable place to lounge and relax. Wi-fi worked well, check-in easy. My favorite part was the abundance of shelving in the bathroom- so nice for everyone to be able to keep their stuff in there! Not as much room for lots of suitcases in the bedrooms if you are a heavy packer, but two suitcase stands available to help corral your things. Very nice to have the option of the washer/dryer if needed. No dishwasher, as stated in the listing, but plenty of dish soap and towels. Lots of power strips, so plenty of space to plug in devices.
