Well-appointed space in an excellent location. This was our second stay at this home and it remains our go-to in Santa Barbara.

Perfect location for a Santa Barbara getaway. Check in was easy, the apartment had all the basics, the owners were exceptional and responsive. I locked myself out the last night at 11pm and the owner was at the door in minutes. The cutest grocery store is less than a block away. The secluded patio gave us lotsof extra space to relax. Loved it. Will reach out again next time we’re in SB. Easy walk to the beach, pier, and State St.

I travel for business to Santa Barbara a few times a year and this was the perfect place for me! Clean, great location and all the ameneties I needed for my stay. I was worred about the parking but I had no issues finding a spot each day. I would for sure stay here again.

Perfect location. Easy tp walk to beach. Pier. Marina. State street. We beought our bikes and weee able to get theough SB with ease from this location.

A lovely home in an ideal location for our stay. The beach and downtown Santa Barbara are an easy walk, and the highway is just a few blocks away. We especially enjoyed having our morning coffee on the private, enclosed second-floor porch. Hope this will be the first of many visits.

My wife and I were in Santa Barbara to attend a wedding and spend some time with old friends. This property was advertised as the best location in town and we found that to be true. It was clean and the host was very quick to respond to questions we had. We would definitely stay here again on any future trips to Santa Barbara.

Loved the property. Great, walkable location to the beach and restaurants in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The condo was very clean and cozy and we appreciated the attention to detail to make a guest feel at home. It was a great use of a small space with a nice private balcony as well. We had concerns parking on the street might be a challenge but we stayed on a weekend and were always able to find street parking right out front.

Clean, well equipped property close to the beach. There was no on site parking but parking was not a problem.

Everything was as advertised. The condo was perfect for our stay. Close to all places on our son's wedding Itinerary. Which made our stay very walkable. Stephaine our host answered all questions before our arrival and everything was as she explained it would be. Our thanks to Stephanie for hosting us at her lovely condo. Overall, the stay was average. The apartment is cute but very very small. There is an outdoor patio though, so with good weather, you’d have an extension to make the place feel larger than it is. The shower is tiny and is an elbow banger if you’re tall. One of the biggest downsides to this place was the paper thin walls. We could hear every single movement from the common stairs, and everything on the street. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, and some pots and plates, etc. but if you’re looking to cook, you need to bring in literally everything else. The location is fantastic though! It’s only a 15 minute walk to the beach, and there are little markets and convenience stores within walking distance. The parking is also very convenient, especially for Santa Barbara. Overall, I wouldn’t stay again. But if you’re a simple traveler / minimalist, this is the perfect place! It just didn’t align with our expectations.

Stephanie was a great host, incredibly responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay with everything as expected, it was comfortable, clean and just blocks away from the beach and the Main Street shops, restaurants, wharf and more. Highly recommend.

This is a comfortable, quiet and extremely convenient location. My husband, do and I stay as we explored the Santa Barbara area as a first time visitor. The decor is charming and peaceful. The walkability to the waterfront, pedestrian path and fabulous restaurants allowed our stay to be an ultimate in relaxation! Definitly a fan favorite!

We had a lovely time at Stephanie’s rental. Excellent communication with immediate responses to any questions we had. She was flexible with our check-in and allowed us to store luggage for a couple of hours at check out! Despite Stephanie living on property, we had complete privacy. Everything was very clean and the layout was perfect for 2. Walkable everywhere in SB. Highly recommend and would 100% stay here again.

A comfortable place within a two-block walk from the beach. Enjoyed relaxing on the patio after a fun filled day of activities at the beach.

Located within walking distance to the beach, the wharf, the marina, and State Street. Plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from. Also very close is a market and convenience store, as well as a car wash and gas station. Street parking was not an issue when we arrived, but we did have trouble finding a spot when we returned from a short outing that required driving. However, a space opened up later that evening. This shouldn't be an issue for most, as so much is available within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to a return visit!
