Best location in East Nash! 1.5 miles to Nissan Stadium and downtown Nashville!

The property was very nice. I would rent again.

Check in was effortless. Gary the owner was very amicable and easy to reach. Inside better than you expect from seeing the outside. The queen bedroom bed needs to be replaced; was not comfortable. Dining, shopping and downtown were minutes away. Would definitely recommend.

This property was fabulous! Excellent location, VERY clean & well-furnished. We enjoyed every minute of our stay. One suggestion would be to install a “grab bar” in the tub of the 2nd bathroom.

Perfect stay! The house was just as described. It is clean, super comfortable and beautifully furnished. Great neighborhood with lots of coffee shops, eateries and quaint shops. Great walking neighborhood as well. We really enjoyed our stay at this house and neighborhood. For breakfast/lunch we suggest the Sky Blue Cafe.

We really enjoyed the location in E. Nashville. The home is literally next to the Shoppes on Fatherland: cafe, restaurants, boutiques, etc, nothing corporate. It's very walkable - we even walked to Broadway Honky Tonk Hwy. But we mostly used the city bus. After we had enough of the bustle of Broadway, we went to a local bar for music. The locals are wonderful & eager to give suggestions. The neighborhood homes are wonderful, each is unique. The house itself was perfect for us two girlfriends. There are not a lot of kitchen amenities, eg, no creamers but there is a Keurig. It's very comfortable, very stylish, clean, the best communication. Only a couple of unexpected things are that there's a weird street lighting at night that goes on & off, and it was a bit noisy for a short time in the evenings (neighbor's motorcycles/cars), But generally a very quiet & safe area. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location was in a nice little community/neighborhood. It was very clean. It was an older home with a very, very small master bath/shower. The deck area wasn't really where I would want to sit for very long. Not a view of anything. The host was great as a communicator.

Location was perfect for our needs. Property was clean, decorated nicely and functional for our friends and us. Host was very helpful.

The cottage is adorable !!! Very clean. Beddings and towels A !!! The beds and pillows were very comfy. Plenty of supplies available such as paper towels and toilet paper. The location of the home is very close to the action. Great location.Our only complaint is the couch was not very comfortable... otherwise it was perfect for us.

Terrific place! We loved the neighborhood: walkable to great shops, bars, and restaurants; safe and comforting; and quick drive to Downtown and everything west of the river. Loads of room for our party of three, and very very clean. Would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Tennessee. Highly recommend!

My friends and I got this place for the Coldplay concert and it was amazing! The house was beautiful, comfortable, and spacious. It is so close to downtown Nashville, but far enough that you have a quiet sleep. There is also a town right next to the home, where you can go bar hopping, grab dinner, or get a coffee in the morning. Thank you so much!

The house is in a great area with plenty within walking distance including a coffee shop basically in the back yard. It is only a short drive from Broadway but the area it is in also offers some good options if you need a break from Broadway. The house itself was perfect and just what we needed.

We had never stayed in E Nashville before. The house was in a great spot and provided almost everything we needed for our short stay. Would definitely go again!

Super nice folks. Place was clean, very comfy newer-style mattress, unbelievably quiet at night. In a neighborhood that’s been rejuvenated, the Uber guy told us. Never once felt unsafe. Easy walk to some small business restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable home. The cottage is attractively decorated, nicely maintained (with new exterior siding) and in a great location. A nice coffeehouse and a good sushi/Asian restaurant are steps away, with shops and other dining establishments (casual to upscale) all within a few blocks. Check-in was easy and we received timely communications from the host. We would happily stay here again.

Easy walk to bars and restaurants

This Vrbo property was an absolute gem! It was spotless, comfortable, and in a fantastic location—close to great food and shopping while still feeling very safe. The home had all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay, making it truly feel like a home away from home. The property owners were wonderful—clear in their communication, kind, and always reachable if needed. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

The house was ideal for our 3-night stay. It was a quick Uber ride away from downtown but also in a nice quiet neighborhood so we didnt have to worry about street noises while asleep. The house was very clean, comfortable and perfect for our party of 3. I highly recommend this stay for anyone who is looking to spend a few days in Nashville!

Positives: location was great and walkable to some breweries and restaurants, beds were comfortable, had all of the necessary toiletries if needed, Host was responsive. Negatives: living room furniture was uncomfortable, kitchen table was dainty, door hinges were hanging loose, WiFi stopped working on last day. There was also a terrible sewer smell when we used the washer for laundry when you get it and I will sent the rest.

Vey comfortable and clean place. Easy check-in. Great location. Walking distance to many restaurants, clubs, etc, in East Nashville, and a 10-minute drive to downtown Nashville. Parking in downtown Nashville is such a hassle that it might end up cheaper just taking Ubers rather than renting a car and paying for parking. For example, right now, an Uber to Roberts Western World on lower Broadway is $8.24 from this location.

The location was perfect, easy walk to shops, bars, restaurants or a quick uber ride to Broadway. The house was just what we hoped it would be. Beds were comfortable and check-in/check out was easy. We will stay there again in the future !

Located in our neighborhood ( knew one-time owner) so very convenient to our PA family who stayed at cottage. They loved the cottage, ate at sushi restaurant & did a lot of shopping at Fatherland small businesses - absolutely perfect week. Definitely would recommend

Close to many walkable restaurants. Quick uber ride anywhere else. Fully stocked kitchen and laundry. Owner responds quickly. This was our second time staying here.

The home was exactly as pictured. Great location with lots of coffee, eating, and shopping within walking distance. Only downside which is no fault of owners but the noise, music from a club in the next block over was heard into the early morning hours. Would definitely book again but bring a sound machine.

Pretty nice spot overall. Clean and in a decent area not far from 5 corners in East Nashville. A little small but otherwise no complaints. The owners are quite responsive when you have questions etc. I'd recommend it for tbe price range and area.

We enjoyed our stay. Some of the recommendations with my fellow travelers is that the showers could use hand railings especially in the tub shower bathroom. Or at the least a mat in the tub. Also my left handed traveling companion found the soap dish in the tub/shower to be in her way while showering. In the bathroom also there could be more detail to cleaning between the baseboards and the floor. Just something to mention to the cleaning person. These are all things that would improve the stay. We did find the place very comfortable and do recommend the place and would stay there again. Austin was very good at answering my questions and is a very good host.
