ABOUT THE HOUSE

Comfortably sleep 8 people in this 3 bed, 1 bath house that’s ready to host your group in America’s Favorite Playground. Keep your whole crew together at a location that only the beachfront casino hotels can match – and at a price they cannot.

3 bedrooms with sleeping space for (at least) 8 makes thishouse on the beach block the perfect place for your Atlantic City getaway.

The main floor features a living room, full dining room, and a kitchen complete with a two burner induction cook top (please note, no full-size oven -- just a cook top), a small air fryer, dishwasher, and a refrigerator. We also provide you with a full-sized grill which is located on the front patio, including propane. The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the essentials: utensils, plates, bowls, cups/glassware, coffee mugs, cookware & basic spices and basic cleaning products.

We DO NOT have a washer and dryer on premise.

In the living room is a comfortable sleeper sofa, two cozy arm chairs, plus a TV with access to all of your favorite streaming apps.

Upstairs, a full bathroom with stand-up shower is ready for your stay.

3 bedrooms are located upstairs: one with a king bed, a sit/stand desk perfect for working remotely, and an ocean view!

The middle bedroom holds a full-sized bed and a TV, and the back room holds a queen-sized bed (no TV). Sheets and clean bedding are ready for you as well, and each room has a closet.


ABOUT THE LOCATION

Atlantic City’s beautiful – and FREE – beach is located less than 200 feet away from the house up the ramp and across the Boardwalk. You can be on the sand literally one minute after stepping out of your front door. No beach tags are needed and our house comes equipped with six beach chairs.

The central location of our AC Boardwalk Oasis is perfect for any adventure. You're less than a 5 minute walk to multiple casino resorts, fantastic restaurants, beach bars, nightclubs, outlet shopping, family-friendly activities such as mini golf, and Historic Boardwalk Hall.

HOW TO GET AROUND

You can walk most places from our home's central location on the Boardwalk.

Nothing in Atlantic City is more than a 10 minute Jitney bus / Uber / Lyft / taxi ride away from this property. The Atlantic City Rail Terminal is a quick ride or a 1.5 mile walk from the house. The intercity bus terminal is even closer at under a mile away.

You won’t need your car for anything here – so if you’re driving you can just pull up, unload, and leave it parked! Due to our proximity to the beach and boardwalk, you won’t need your car for much!

Due to our proximity to the beach and boardwalk, we do not offer on site parking. However, we do provide two street parking passes that can be used to park for free on surrounding streets (subject to availability). We are also located about 500 feet from a pay lot that can be used for additional vehicles. Some guests also choose to park in the garages at nearby Tropicana or Caesars, where both self-park and valet are available.
