The condo was just as promised and was exactly what we were looking for on our vacation. The outdoor shower was amazing when coming in from the beach. The location was close to the pools and pickle ball courts as well as to the boardwalk to get to the beach. We hit the beach and pool every day. The gated community felt extremely safe and the residents were great to talk to at the beach. Blake had the perfect level of communication with us during our stay!

Excellent condo, great location and amenities! Perfect for a few days away with the family, nice and remote. Will definitely consider coming back when we’re in the area.

Overall, the condo is nice, and I would recommend. It is very convenient to the beach, pool, pond, and pickleball court. It was very clean. There was a cart and extra chairs, and that was helpful. The condo is a bit dated. There was only a loveseat/smaller couch and a chair in the living room, which wasn’t enough for my family of five. More seating would be good. I’ve stayed in many, many places in my travels, and most leave a little more toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. than was there. We had one of each (had a couple of half used TP rolls under the sink) and only two tabs for the dishwasher and two for the washing machine. While I always bring my own things, I’m used to having more than that there. For 5 of us for a week, only having 6 towels was not enough. Especially since they only left two Tide pods. The master bed wasn’t particularly comfortable, and the fitted sheet came off very easily. We would have to wake during the night and pull it back on. We did enjoy our stay and always love the Cape! I do recommend this condo.

Easy check-in, nice place, easy communication. We’ve stayed here twice and had great experiences.

The unit was OK but the beach water was very murky and brown. Sandy was white and pretty but water was clarity and color were a disappointment Was not expecting that. If you are looking for clear water Cape San Blass is not going to be the place to find it -at least in May If you want solitude and peace this is the place.

Loved this place! Super easy process and super clean place to stay.

Our third or fourth stay, and we live it... But... As our age advances, the necessary stair climbing becomes more and more difficult, even painful. Probably our last visit...

Better than anticipated

We stayed for a week in September having stayed at anothe unit a couple of years ago. The unit was as described but we reported a couple of issues to the owner - the state of the BBQ and a leaking sink/ waste disposal unit which he said he would address. Close to the beach and pool area and very close to the National Park. The unit is not as well provisioned as most other places we've stayed- and the addition of a couple of extra toilet rolls and washing machine cleaning pods would make all the difference (especially as you are asked to put the towels into wash before leaving!). This may not seem much but when you are only there for a week you dont want purchase these items. Overall we loved the area and the unit and would definitely return

Wonderful location with great weather. The owner Blake was very helpful with check in and even checked to see if we arrived and how was our visit going. Highly recommended. We would stay there again. Only issue as the internet. It had to be rebooted to work properly, otherwise very slow.

Really enjoyed our stay. Beach, facilities, and the condo itself are perfect for young families.

Perfect summer get away! House had everything you need! Will be back!

The property was clean. It is only a 2 minute walk to the beach. The home had plenty of beach chairs. The communication with the property manager was great. I highly recommend this Town home.
