Berry Patch - Modern Townhome in Small Resort Community with Pool

This quiet, relaxing getaway is perfect for a couple—or even two couples—looking to unwind in comfort. The home is thoughtfully set up with two spacious king-sized bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making the layout both convenient and comfortable. One of the highlights was how well-stocked the kitchen was. Nearly everything needed to cook a great meal was provided: pots and pans, utensils, dishes, a crock pot, and even a coffee pot for easy mornings. We also appreciated the small fenced-in backyard, which was perfect for pets, and the outdoor fireplace, which we didn't use this trip but would definitely be a wonderful feature for cooler evenings. There are a few areas that could use some attention. The sleeper sofa is quite uncomfortable and would benefit from new cushions and perhaps an upgraded mattress for better support. A couple of small additions—like foil and plastic wrap in the kitchen, as well as a bundle of wood for the fireplaces—would add even more convenience and charm. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily return once the couch is repaired or upgraded. The Berry Patch has so much to love, and with just a couple of improvements, it could be even better!

This place was perfect. My only complaint is the springy sofa, but the rest was fabulous and we will be back. Thank you so much for having us.

Property was as listed. Very clean. Nice area and convenient to fishing sites.

Great time visiting our daughter at Western Carolina University. Berry Patch was the perfect spot - had most everything we needed. Rental was spotless and plenty of room as my sister and her husband joined us from Mt. Pleasant for the long weekend. Sterling at Sundog Vacation Rentals was great to work with - will defintely rent from them again.

By far, the cleanest property we have booked to date. Well equipped with spectaculor views. Great option for anyone visiting WCUniversity. Bonus outdoor fireplace and lovely barbecue area. Thank you for a great stay !

Nice property. Quiet. Little disappointed in activities and amenities.

The property was clean and adequate. The issue was absolutely no cellular service and the power went out for 6 hours. Which meant no cell or internet period. You can’t contact the rental agency or power company or contact anyone with no power

This property was perfect for us and we didn’t want to leave. It was very very clean and had everything we needed. I would stay here again next time we are in the area.
