Bermuda Landing | Sound-front townhouse with pool, deck, fishing pier, grill

Property is amazing with all the space needed. It could be a little cleaner as the outdoor table had left over fingernail clippings. Coffee pot was broke. 4 towels and 4 rolls of toilet paper for the week for 4 people was cutting it close. Despite these issues, would definitely stay here again and appreciate able to bring our two dogs as well.

Small but comfortable place to stay with good amenities and easy beach access.

There was an attic fire in one of the adjoining townhouses during our stay. The fire department responded quickly and put it out. Once we were allowed back in, we checked this rental unit for smoke detectors. While there are 2 on the main floor, there are none on the second floor - just screws were the smoke detectors used to be. We called and texted Vacasa about this multiple times that day and they failed to send anyone to address the issue. We had to buy and install our own smoke detector that evening. This is an NC building code violation.

We had a great weekend in North Topsail at your townhouse. The location is perfect for beach walks - sunsets - close to Surf City. We really enjoyed the decks on both sides and found the bedrooms comfortable. Everything was as expected. The only issue we had was the pool code didn’t work - had a mixture of letters and numbers with only a numerical keypad. We sent several messages but never received a new code or instructions on how to make the code work.

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway and we truly enjoyed the place. Location was perfect.

Had everything we needed to enjoy our weekend at the beach. Great views of the sound and a block from the ocean. Very clean and furnished for cooking and relaxing on one of 3 porches. Great place for the family to fish on the beach and sound. Plan to return.

What a beautiful rental. Views from the bedrooms, decks everywhere, sunset views on the sound, just a block from the beach for a sunrise walk. Loved the home. Very dog friendly. My only issue was that when I arrived the keypad code didn’t work. Waited almost an hour for someone to come out. Once I got in I immediately locked myself out again just going out to get my luggage. Was stranded for four hours before someone came to help. The rental company did their best but I was quite disappointed. Renters beware. A man came to fix the keypad the next day and it still didn’t work. Don’t lock yourself out make sure you have an actual key and keep it on you at all times the doors automatically lock when you walk out.

Love this subdivision for our beach stay, and this condo has been our favorite! Loved the screened in back porch.

The house is great and views incredible!!!

We booked a condo at Bermuda landing about a month before our stay and were skeptical to say the least. We were VERY pleased with our stay! The condo was clean, Vacasa was very easy to navigate and it was exactly what we wanted for our stay! We will definitely be back!
