    Great place to stay, exactly as is online, very clean, no clutter, well stocked kitchen. We were able to walk to the Botanical Gardens, a local brewery and restaurants nearby. Parking no problem. Responsive host. Quiet.

    Had a good time. Everything was clean. Only down side was that the kitchen knives were dull and there wasn't a normal flat spatula that wasn't metal. But when you are down to complaining about the spatula, you know the vrbo was good.

    The place is as lovely as it looks in the photos. It’s very quiet, has the kitchen basics, the mattress is exceptionally comfortable (though some cotton in the sheets would be way better than polyester). We didn’t watch TV, but it was set up with all the Apps. Overall, we really liked it.We had a plumbing issue and spent far too long plunging a stopped up toilet the first morning. Someone came by and fixed it while we were out, which was great, but it was pretty nasty, stressful, and messed up our first day plans. Also, the apartment had only 3 washcloths in it (for 2 people, staying 4 nights). When we asked for more, we were told to check the dryer in the basement. There were none there, but we found extra towels and made do. They probably would’ve found us more had we insisted, but we were busy and shouldn’t have to ask. Maybe they’ve had a washcloth theft problem. Anyhow, the stairwell/door to the basement is very cool and not at all spooky, so we’re glad we got to use it. We got a kick out of it.The neighborhood is okay, not great, and would probably feel better if there wasn’t trash on the stoop and in the little front yard. But parking right in front was easy and the place itself felt completely safe. And it’s really a beautiful space inside.
