Stayed Aug 30, 2024Gracie cottage was super cute and had everything we needed for our stay. It was close to the beach and other fun things around the area. It would be great if they would upgrade their toilet paper from one ply. That would make this place perfect.

Stayed Jul 16, 2025Property is in good shape could use a bigger and better couch in living area! Needs a few small repairs. Also the women in my party suggested at least 1full length mirror would be nice. All the paper and trash amenities was very helpful! Not just starter supplies! There was plenty for the whole stay! Overall, I would rate this place as a 8 out of 10

Stayed Jul 10, 2025The Gracie Cottage is a perfect getaway. The hosts have thought of everything you made need for conscience and fun on your trip. We loved all the beach accessories and the hot tub. Katie and Steve were very responsive to our questions and provided an excellent stay. We will definitely book again!

Stayed Jul 1, 2025Overall, our stay was very good! The owners were extremely communicative and helpful. We had some very small issues, but they were resolved. The house itself was nice and the beds were very comfortable. My kids enjoyed the ping-pong table that’s in the garage and we used the card table in the basement. I didn’t love the neighborhood although it was within 10 minutes of the beaches and St. Joe.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this sweet little home. Everything was as described in the listing. The owner has been very thoughtful in equipping each space with everything you need to be comfortable, and instructions were prompt and thorough, including some great restaurant recommendations! This home is in a quiet neighborhood about an 8-10 minute drive from the St. Joseph downtown area, and the beach/lighthouse. Would absolutely stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Great little house near St Joe’s and Benton Harbor. The house is set up so nicely, comfortable and pretty, and our family of 5 was very comfortable. An easy drive to lots of Michigan fun, and we appreciated the parking pass being available. Don’t stay here expecting to be in a cute neighborhood or walk to things in town, but it is a short drive to a couple of good grocery stores and other essentials. Great communication from the owners, very clean and appreciate the great selection of kitchen essentials. Thank you!

Stayed Jul 18, 2023Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We took full advantage of the County park pass that comes with the stay and went to the beach each day with our kids. It was perfect to come back and chill in the hot tub. Thanks for a great time!
