Benoit Cottage – Coastal Escape with Architectural Flair in Rosemary Beach

Perfect location clean and welcoming! We came down for a family friend’s destination wedding and stayed close to the Pearl for the reception. The house was inviting and perfect for us.

Everything about this property is in perfect shape. The location and convenience to the beach is great. I would come back here as a first choice in Rosemary

Benoit cottage is exactly as described. It’s a great house in a perfect location. We were close to the town and equally as close to the beach. Perfect Location to be close to everything. Charming place to visit. I would return.

Mostly perfect…a block to shops and food/coffee, a block to the beach! The neighborhood is adorable. Previous reviews state the main issue- parking! The garage is too small for any SUV. You can park in front of the garage but will block the gate to get in and out with luggage- only a problem you aren’t renting both the house and cottage- which we weren’t. They would block our garage so we couldn’t get our stuff out, we blocked the gate not realizing they were arriving that day…back and forth hassle, leaving activities to deal with cars. We had a bathroom closed/under maintenance the entire stay, and another with a drain issue that had repairs going on and off for 2 days, making it challenging for 8 women. Nice management company, but hard to relax with constant parking messages and workers in and out. No discount was offered. Fully stocked kitchen, one of the best I’ve seen. There is both a regular coffee pot and a Keurig machine. Top bedroom with a queen/pull out couch is only a loft, so no door to close, but it does have a bathroom up there. Bunk room is small and has no closet, better for kids. Beautiful space, and the location can’t be beat.

So pretty and such a well appointed kitchen. We lacked for nothing! The close proximity to walkover F is such a plus. We also rented the carriage house which was just perfect for our large blended family. We will be back!

We have traveled with senior citizens and children and it’s perfect as nothing is too far for them to walk or quick bike ride. The house it great and when there have been small problems (ie broken coffee pot) they have been very accommodating and quick to replace and respond.

The location is absolutely perfect, right on a boardwalk to the beach and just behind the main shopping/eating area. The house was well furnished, well decorated, and very clean. It has the best-stocked kitchen of any rental we've seen!
