Benoit Carriage House— A petite, pristine pied-å-terre w/a perfect location

Can’t say enough about our amazing stay and experience. The carriage house was as described, it was clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us. It was literally less than a 2 minute walk to the main road. Beautiful surroundings and great view of the gulf. The host was responsive to all requests. The access to the beach and pools were fantastic, along with the bikes. A great stay! Thanks for making our spring getaway enjoyable and relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay. It is our 25th anniversary and this property fit our no schedule no stress celebration. We walked 1 block over to all the local restaurants and shops. We enjoyed riding the bikes all over Rosemary Beach. It was quiet, clean and safe. Absolutely no wild spring break kids. Lol

My family and I had a fantastic stay here! It was perfect for us in that we could walk everywhere and had direct beach access. The property had beach toys and games in the garage that made it even better.

It was the PERFECT location for our first trip. Clean and the staff was very responsive with check-in/check-out a breeze. We traveled with 3 small kids and one recommendation would be to provide some staple sand toys, a couple of chairs and beach towels. Those are cheap staples that could help alleviate the bulk of traveling and one time expense. I ended up leaving a ton I had to purchase so that can be the start of a collection (toys, life jackets, etc.) ;)There are also a toys for the main house but you can't use those in the carriage house. The house is cozy and quaint and we really loved the location. Highly recommend!

The only negative was the bathroom was a bit run-down/janky. Would also suggest adding lighting to the stairs on the courtyard side as it's a little tricky to nagavate in the dark.

Better than the pictures and anything we could have ever expected! We were a quick (minute or two) walk to the beach. The restaurants and Main Street were right there, and we all had such a great time. The house was cozy and fit our family of five perfectly. Although we ate every meal out, the house was equipped with all dishes, silverware, etc needed. We definitely plan to stay in this specific house again and have already talked about making it a yearly tradition.

We love the interior layout and the decoration of the Benoit Carriage House. We also love its location. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the cafes and the beach.We had a couple of questions and they were answered immediately. Thank you, Linda

The bed was comfortable and the place was very clean. We would definitely stay here again! The bathroom shade does need to be changed out to give more privacy though. Bring a robe! ;-)

It's a 20 second walk to Walkover F and you can also be in town with about a 3-5 minute walk. It easily accommodated 2 adults and we would stay again in a heartbeat. The bathroom could maybe use a refresh, but was completely clean and worked fine. The staff at the rental company were great and very helpful!
