It was a beautiful place. My family and I enjoyed staying there.

Great location with water all around!

Property was unique in that it had several floors. The first floor is an office, 2nd was bedroom with bathroom, 3rd floor was a master bedroom with bathroom and 4th floor had the kitchen and living/dining room. There is access to the rooftop for great views of the peninsula, ocean and inlet. Decor was very nice and the house is pet friendly, so we were able to bring our doggie. Love the neighborhood!! The boardwalk that runs along the beach on the ocean side was very romantic and quaint, especially at night. The property had bikes, scooters, and a paddle board available for us to use. All in all it was a relaxing week at the peninsula!!!

We stayed three nights at this property. We enjoyed the modern and comfy accommodations. All spaces were clean and it had all the basic amenities. Both king beds were very comfortable. There are 5 levels: parking garage at ground level, first master bedroom 2nd floor, next master bedroom 3rd floor, living room and kitchen 4th floor, and the rooftop dining table on the top floor. We didn’t mind the stairs at all as it made every floor quiet and private. The parking is tight, I personally wouldn’t try to parking anything bigger than a minivan in the garage. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Property owners/managers were easy to communicate with. We didn’t have any issues, but if we had, I’m confident they would have responded quickly. Would absolutely stay here again.

Location was great and the remodel of the place was well done. However, I’d recommend getting the welcome tour from the host, the layout was extremely confusing and took some getting used to. I would not recommend if you have small children or small dogs. We rented a unit with multiple bedrooms so we could have a place for our kids to sleep but the 2nd bedroom being on a different floor that had access to stairwell with doors that could not be locked meant the kids shared our room. Picture don’t match the layout so I assume they are from the adjoining unit because the styles match. Overall it worked out fine and I would stay here again on a couples trip.

I liked the location, I could run or bike ride to a lot of the local restaurants and shops !!

Lovely home in an unbeatable location. The views from the rooftop patio are just incredible - ocean, Queen Mary, downtown LB, Naples.The two master bedrooms on separate floors with expansive mirrored closets and fully tiled showers in the bathrooms are like having separate hotel suites. There are a lot of stairs but you get used to it. The bay and ocean are steps away in either direction and there’s a small market located right across the street.We loved it!

This place was pretty cool. There are a lot of stairs and you’ll find yourself constantly climbing them. Unfortunately, this did a “number” on my knees, but that’s a “me” problem. Everyone else seemed to do great with them. It’s decorated nicely, comfortable and super clean. The rooftop is amazing! The views are lovely. Very short walk to the beach. We were happy!

Great experience! Family flew in from the East coast and they got to experience the west coast. Great place to stay and communication with host was beyond great! 10/10 experience.

Liquor store was very busy. Ok till a fight broke out. Supposed to be pet friendly. No grass for blocks. Lots of stairs 5 flights. We got a great workout. Owner has staff to answer for him. I thought I was talking to him when I answered questions. At check in he knew nothing. I had to jump through hoops to get checked in. Owner was so concerned about use of property. We had very get hours without being notified by y text or email. Deck on top was the best. We couldn’t use the furniture at all had sharp edges from pealing varnish. So disappointed in a few things but overall was just OK.

Such a clear and smooth process from start to finish. The place had everything needed and more! Beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Great location steps to the ocean and the bay. Very responsive too! Would definitely stay again!

The townhouse was located on the peninsula with views of both the bay and ocean, sunrise and sunset. We were able to walk to wonderful restaurants and conveniently access the nearby bikepath along the ocean. We enjoyed our active and relaxing time away!

Very nice place. Easy to get in and out of. Located near lots of restaurants and shopping. Loved walking in the morning along the board walk. Would stay again

Great location. Able to go on runs/walks on the beach and a short drive to Huntington and Balboa for surf and day trips. Food and night life good close by. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s also very close. Was a great location and will be back.

We rented this property last minute to escape the heat. Great property. Great location. Good amenities at the house. We rented a minivan instead of driving our big SUV and we’re glad we did. Parking is tight!
