The Bella Vista Bike House is your family friendly getaway close to all that Northwest Arkansas has to offer! Located just 0.2 mi from the Back 40 and less than 15 minutes from downtown Bentonville, you'll have ride in / ride out access to trails and convenient access to Bentonville.
The space
Thoughtfully designed, you'll enjoy a newly renovated space that sleeps up to six (1 queen, 2 twin XL and 1 queen pullout), a full kitchen with a large island and a spacious covered deck to enjoyoutdoor dining. Parents/guardians of children-please note that the space features a loft which is accessed via a ladder.

Private guest home with large, fenced back yard. The yard is shared with the main home.

The BVBH is quite possibly the best rental we have gotten on any of the sites. We’ve stayed in NWA numerous times to visit family, each time we got a rental and are use to it not being what is listed. This property is exactly what is listed and more. Perfect location to golf, bike and hiking trails, thrifting and shopping (my wife) and restaurants of all kinds. Our next trip up we will be checking the availability at BVBH. Thanks to Jack for such a great spot and stay.

The studio was very comfortable and very clean. Perfect location for bike/walking trails. Easy drive to Bentonville. I felt right at home, would definitely stay here again.

Came down to AR from KC for a great bike trip. Jack was very accommodating and helped us through the checkin process and was very responsive. The property was very clean and well stocked with towels and soap in the shower. Sleeping arrangement worked great and beds were comfy. There’s even a back porch to put your bikes in so no thieves get to them. Great stay.
