Stayed May 22, 2025The outside of the house was well kept. Excellent accommodations. This house was very clean. We had a big group and fed 40 additional guests at tables and chairs (rented from Something Borrowed in Spearfish) in the garage. We loved the kitchen bar seating and actually served food from it. The deck was really nice and had an amazing view. Beds were comfortable. The house manager was super nice.The only things that we found odd, were that the TV was quite small for the living room area and the kitchen needed restocking with serving spoons, bowls and platters. There were also only a few nice drinking glasses. We figured after time, things have probably been broken and not replaced. Not a deal breaker. We would definitely stay there again. We loved the the windows all through the main level, it was so bright, but yet had great blinds for privacy.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Sturgis property located on the Boulder Canyon golf course. We were in Rapid City for a summer baseball tournament with several families staying together. The house had plenty of space for all our travelers. We enjoyed the evening views on the deck, as well as grilling out and sitting by the fire pit. We would highly recommend this property!

Stayed Dec 23, 2021we stayed here over Christmas break. There were 14 in our party, and probably 26-30 people that stopped by/ visited, and there was plenty of room for everyone. a few folks even stayed the night, and there was still plenty of space. we loved the long bar and open floor plan. will be booking again for next year.

Stayed Aug 8, 2021This house was perfect! Very beautiful house, spacious and very clean. Big garage to hold all our bikes. Off the highway, so quiet nights. Check in/out was very easy. Lynne was great! Shev contacted me before our arrival and many times during our stay to make sure all was good. I would definitely stay here again. Definitely a 5 star rating in all areas.
