Stayed Jul 7, 2024House was perfect for our needs. My daughter and I stayed here while my son was at a WCU summer band camp. House was convenient to the school and town. House was very clean and as pictured. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969College friends reunion, enjoyed our 2nd stay at the Belcher House as much as our first! Beautiful home in a picturesque neighborhood. We love the location, as it is central to many activities that we enjoy, including hiking, shopping, restaurants, and all that downtown Sylva has to offer. This time we got to enjoy the Greening up the Mountain Festival! The Belcher House is well appointed, beautifully maintained, and had all we need for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Communication with management was thorough and easy. Will definitely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969From the comfortable bedding to the beautiful well equipped kitchen, I felt completely taken care of while staying at Belcher House. The community is quiet, calm and provides access to trails and beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The proximity to WCU and Sylva makes for quick runs to campus or stores for provisions.

Stayed Dec 15, 2023Was there for WCU graduation and couldn’t beat the location. House has all the amenities and was super cute. Walked on the paths along the creek. Wish driveway was longer and more restaurants were closer but a gem and truly relaxing.
